“What a great store! I never have to wait long and all the staff is friendly. Karma always has a big smile and Michelle in the kitchen makes great pizza and I always tell her so. I love that she always closes with "I appreciate you." On the phone when you order. You would do well to train the whole chain with Michelle and Karma. “We decided to order pizza Tuesday night. Upon pick up it smelled so good we had to try a pice. It was delicious! We regretted not ordering the parmesan garlic bread bites. We pulled over and placed an order and went back for them. They were fresh, hot, and melted in your mouth like butter! Our best Domino’s experience ever was found in West Frankfort, Illinois on a Tuesday night!“

Three weeks ago, I tried using my app 45 minutes away from home so we could just pick it up and go home. After several attempts to order and getting error messages I called the store to see if they would authorize online specials as online was going through, the lady manager told me absolutely not. As a person in management I thought she is kidding right. So I said you would loose a sale by simply not authorizing an online special and she said yes. So we went else where. Today I tried using my app again and same thing. I called the store and explained to Charles three weeks ago and today and without hesitation he asked a few questions and authorized their online deal. Thank you so very much Charles, thats what great mangement looks like. Thank you for caring and Pizza Hut should be very proud to have you!“

“Godfather's Pizza located in Huck's stores in Southern Illinois. Pizza taste great and not bad prices. The cheese is what makes Godfather's pizzas so good. Carryout only. Most Godfather's locations close around 8 or 9 p.m.“

“I don't just jump and throw five stars out. If you've followed me for any of the last 15 years, you would know that .

With that knowledge, I am giving five stars to this location because of the evening shift manager, Suzy.
I had a problem with the app. The app said the hotel was not able to be delivered to. It's 2 mi from the delivery place. Couldn't figure out the app, couldn't get much customer service from the stupid AI that Domino's uses..
But when I called the local shop, I couldn't get any help from the people on the phone, so I politely asked him to please give me a manager. When Suzy came on I gave her my spiel about being stranded at the hotel and I figured it'd be no problem. I'll just order pizza and a drink on the app and be okay till I'm picked up in the morning, and that was not how it ended up going down.

I told her I don't like giving my credit card out over the phone. I was just wanting to get a small pizza for some food because I hadn't ate all day. Suzy took it upon herself, hearing the situation that I was in and the problem I was having, she graciously offered to make this meal on her.
I reluctantly accepted as I wanted to take care of it with corporate but corporate doesn't do things in the evening and I was starving.
Suzy saved my night, cured my hunger and made a new friend.

Hey Domino's you ought to give some praise to this manager, Suzy.
She did her customer service. She took care of the customer and she provided service. I plan to thank her in person tomorrow when she comes on her shift. (I did)
But I think Domino's should let her know that they appreciated her keeping a customer happy.
Because I really didn't want to call Pizza Hut or the other company. I don't like those pizzas. I only like my thin crust Domino's.
Thank you Suzy for doing your job above and beyond. I know that what you did was special. And I let your driver know that you were special for doing that. Thank you thank you thank you. Crazy“

“My husband and I stayed overnight in Marion. We had heard that we must dine at Bennie's & ask for their tamales. The first meal the tamales were already gone so we returned 2 days later and voila' we got to enjoy them along with a garlic salad. Delish!“

“Very clean and accommodating the order did not go through so when I arrived it was not ready the manager who was working immediately got on it even corrected a mistake I made when submitting my order had everything in 12 minutes no wonder they received 5 stars always order from this particular dominos even though there are closer ones feels more like a local mom and pop place not a franchise keep up the good work“
