“They have a great staff and the food is terrific. They have a menu that has something for everyone . They are health conscious with their offerings; I’m a diabetic so I eat a lot of salads,and chilli. You can see that if you’re not satisfied with your order or service they will fix it and pronto . I can’t say enough about my neighborhood bar and grill! Good food, atmosphere,and the people are friendly and make you feel like coming back.🏈🐻 Great place to watch sports and cheer DaBears.“

Absolutely awesome place. Service was greatest I’ve had in probably years (Shawn? Sean?). The GM came and talked to me - really great guy. This monstrosity of a venue is a very tight run ship. Every area of this place was clean and everybody was wonderful. That explains why there were so many people in the middle of the week.
I would challenge anybody who came here and didn’t have a wonderful time to talk to Management. This place is so on point. I’m pretty sure that if you don’t like it, it’s not the place, it’s you.“

“My friend celebrated her birthday there, it was okay I mean the club is a great vibe but the staff didn't make us feel all that welcomed, they just started at us most of the time but when other ppl came in they were attentive there's a man that walks around very intrusively looking at your table for I guess garbage and just tak6e it off the table no excuse me or waiting until you're done with your food, I didn't purchase any food I just had a long island ice tea which was watered down 👎🏾. The best thing was the DJ JE IS AWESOME 😎👍🏾✌🏾🫶🏾 FR 📢 I WOULDNT HAVE A PAETY THERE BUT TO EACH THEIR OWN I RESPECT THAT. AT THE LIKE 15 MINUTES TILL OUR ENDING TINE AR 10BPM THEY STARTED HOVERING AROUND ALMOST LIKE PUSHING US OUT IR REMINDING US OF OUR TIME I JUST DIDNT LIKE IT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT GOOD AT ALL THEY ALL NEED TO BE CRITIQUED ON HOW TO BE MIRE FRIENDLY ESPECIALLY WITH THEIR PRICES FR.“

“We dined at Hillgrove Tap for a Moms day out event today. They were fantastic handling our group. Service was excellent. Food was fantastic. And they were so organized. Marc was one of the people who helped make our lunch so enjoyable, thank you Marc and team! We do not live in this town but will be bringing my family back soon! Thanks for the great experience!“

“This was our first time visiting, and my friend and I were looking for a quick bite after a stressful week. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, and the staff were really helpful. We asked for recommendations, and they offered several options. We went with their suggestions, and everything we tried was delicious! Some of the dishes were new to us, and I genuinely enjoyed everything. We had fun, and the food and drinks made for a really satisfying visit.“
“Dropped into this spot a couple times on my way home from shopping. You can tell it's a local type of dive where the folks all pretty much know each other. Though I was an outsider, I was properly greeted by a few and the customer service was good and friendly. It's the other few that look at you like you don't belong, especially if you're on a slot game they want.“

“We happened to be working in the small town of Hodgkins and stumbled upon this place. It has a small town feel where everyone is super friendly and everything we have tried so far on the menu was AMAZING! The burgers are the best Around! “Best place to eat in Chicago! I started going there when the owner became a client of the company I was working for in the mid-90s, setting up cash registers in the restaurant he opened for his nephew. I no longer live in Chicago, but make it a point to stop there and speak with the owner every chance I get. Always great food and exceptional service! You may have to wait in line, though. Understandably, it's a very popular place!“

“Great place to visit. Very comfortable surroundings. Great get away place to think during the early evenings. My favorite time to visit is around 11:00-5:00pm. I listen to great music have a beer or two and play the slot machines. At times win big!!! Victoria's has all types of music, in- expensive drinks, ales and spirits. Fabulous owners and friendly regulars. Private Parties in doors and out doors. You will be glad you stopped by.“

“Me and my coworker went here after a long trip coming to Chicago. Bartender found out we were from out of town and introduced us to all the regulars. Drinks were amazing. The regulars made us feel very welcome. Will definitely have to stop by again the next time I come to Chicago.“

Jack was there to help me get tables together for a party of 10. we had a wonderful time but even better was the service. the food was good. the drinks were great but the service was immaculate! “The whole experience was great. Staff was very attentive and very happy to serve. A+ food quality and quantity. Worth every penny. Staff kept busy and very professional. Our party sat at the bar. Everything was very clean. Julia our bartender was just awesome. She was just a blur behind the bar. She kept everything neat and organized all the while creating a great dining experience. “The food was great. Love the onion rings. The host on the other hand, told my sister that we had to move to a different seating because the seat we was sitting at originally is for more than two people. So we moved to a different seat. Two caucasian lady come in and sit at the same table we moved from and nothing at all was said to them. We later was told that we can seat ourselves, which makes this situation even more confusing. Why did the male host ask us to switch our seat???? Food: 5/5 | Service: 2/5 | Atmosphere: 4/5“

The bathroom needs to be gutted. It’s terrible. I got water all over my self from something leaking. Looks like they have put 30 coats of paint over everything. It’s falling apart in there! The lighting in the bar was terrible. It literally feels like I’m in a dark basement. I would love to see this place get an over haul because it was great potential with the nice staff and great customers. Very very very welcoming!!“
