“Addie is hands down the best Starbucks employee I’ve ever met! She’s always friendly, quick, and makes every visit feel personal and welcoming. She literally brightens my whole day wit her positivity energy, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.

And I also wanted to give a big shoutout to my guy Dominic as well. Every time I’m there he’s incredibly friendly, and professional you can tell he genuinely cares about doing a great job. Thanks guys for being awesome!!!!“

“Been meaning to make a review. This Starbucks location is my absolute favorite in Illinois. The service is out of this world, they remember your name and face even if you come only once a week. Every visit I come there, they make my Venti Iced Matcha Latte, w/ Coconut Milk and Vanilla Syrup perfectly. This is the only location that I trust will make their beverages right and do it by the cook book no matter who they hire as staff. They are also some of the nicest people and it's underrated how well they do their job.“

“Love this petite Starbucks! They're the only Starbucks I know in the area that still gives you a beautiful ceramic mug when you ask for a cup of tea "for here". That little nod towards reusables says a lot about an establishment's character.There's also tons of natural night as half the building is all floor-to-ceiling windows.What a gem! ?“

“If I don’t stop at my local Starbucks in Chicago, then I make it a point that in North Shore suburbs I only visit the one located inside Target. Caleb is ABSOLUTELY the sweetest, kindest young man, hands down best Barista and excels in his Customer Service skills. Good chance I’d never stop at this location if it were not for Caleb’s warm greeting and excellent customer service.“
