“Tiffany is downright and absolutely amazing!!! We come here every Wednesday night during Select Softball for the Lady Roughnecks when they have practice just to eat Jimmy John's and say hi to Tiffany. I think she may be the assistant manager or something? I cannot remember what she told us. Regardless, she is amazing. She already starts prepping to get our subs ready once she see's us. She is always friendly and has the biggest smile on her face. The whole team there is amazing, but she always takes it up a few notches when it comes to customer service.

You guys should be so grateful to having such a wonderful person on your staff as they are hard to find these days.

Softball season starts soon with practices in a few months and we cannot wait to get back to Highland on a weekly basis to enjoy the good subs and hopefully Tiffany is still around!

I know my stepdaughter loves see her as well. She says the cookies are always better when Tiffany is around.....I don't think she understands that the cookies are premade haha.

“We appreciate this restaurant..the staff seem to be able to answer any questions and sometimes I test workers because of my background I like to know the place I'm eating is educated on food safety..they all have smiles..food is always fresh cant go wrong
