“I had the pleasure of being served by Norma at McDonald's today, and I couldn't have been more impressed by her kindness and care. From the moment I walked up to the counter, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. It was clear that she genuinely cared about her customers—she took the time to ask how my day was going and was incredibly patient while I made my order.
Her cheerful demeanor and positive attitude made my visit so much more enjoyable. She even went the extra mile to make sure my order was correct, and you could tell she takes pride in her work. It's not often you come across someone who not only does their job well but also creates a positive and uplifting experience for others. Norma truly made my day better, and I just wanted to thank her for being such a wonderful person. McDonald’s is lucky to have her!“

“Although I hear they have good smashburgers had a taste for wings. It's rare to find places that will give you the whole wing. Only downside, I wish they were a little bigger and on the online menu it pictured it came with coleslaw. It did come with fries that were nice and crispy. Overall, the meal was good and hot by the time I made it back home.“

“First time trying this place as is just few minutes away from my company new location. I didn’t order anything from their set menu, as I only wanted to get serving of chicken, gyro meat and Italian beef with side of tzatziki sauce- and the staff accustomed my needs perfectly! Must say I’m very pleasantly surprised! Most of places are fussing about preparing something out of their standard menu - this guys are more than happy to creat a meal to satisfy their guest!
Will most certainly be a returning customer and will spread the good word about this place to all my colleagues at work (and not only)“

“5 stars for HECTOR in Western Springs!!! Hands down this was the absolute best dining experience I’ve ever had! While the food was delicious and the overall ambiance and decor of the restaurant was cozy, it was our server that made this dining experience over the top, great! HECTOR, you are a gem, a diamond! You have an absolutely charming personality and made my mother in law’s birthday dinner an experience to remember! From your spot on suggestions, to your lovely rendition of “Happy Birthday”, to the funny banter, our whole family left talking about how wonderful you were! “I would like to say this place is 💯 approved and approved by HAFSA
But unfortunately with the food itself it was very mid. (See reviews on bottom)
We got 2 sliders each (1 beef and 1 chicken) and the portions were very small compared to what was expected.

“1st time trying this place in Des Plaines and I must say that the bumper fries, bumper chicago style hotdog, chicken tenders with the honey mustard sauce which was great paired together and the bumper burger was all amazing 😋 👌 Definitely a must try🙌 I also like that it's all Halal meat so it's never frozen always fresh ❤️“

“When I entered, I was warmly greeted by a nice young man named Evan. He took my order and was very polite about all the extra changes I requested for my burger. The burger came out fresh and hot. I ordered the combo meal with a drink and received an a lot of extra fries, which were crispy and delicious. I also appreciate the option to choose milk instead of soda or lemonade. This place is a 10/10, and I will definitely come back.“

“Astonishing that it's still around. I was 10 when it opened in 1948 and to get a double decker at HH was close to heaven. Across the street was Prince Castle, long gone, where you could get a slider for much less money. HH was a splurge and it's wonderful to see it live today.“

“No doubt the pizza’s are amazing but once we bring them home they do not taste good as we dine in at eat. Also, not only me but alot of people have noticed how rude the guy is who picks up the call. I am giving my order over the phone and he rushes me because he has someone coming in his restaurant. Next , I ask him couple of questions which he shows so much attitude. Third , I hate dining in this place . The guy keeps checking to see if we didn’t make the tables or floor messy. No kind of professionalism. We do not eat free . We pay for the pizza’s he should not show this type of etiquette“

“Delicious food!!! A burger joint in a strip mall doesn’t inspire confidence, but you walk into this cozy place, with attractive wall murals, and somehow you get the feeling that you’re in the right place. We were in a rush, so came here for a quick lunch - ordered the following: double cheeseburgers, peri peri burgers, veggie samosa burger (off menu) and mango habañero wings….and EVERYTHING was fantastic!!! The double cheeseburgers were juicy, and succulent, the peri peri grilled chicken burger was tender and saucy, the wings were absolutely delicious, crisp despite the mango habañeeo sauce which had the perfect level of sweet heat. Lastly, the veggie burger - so the menu has FANTASTIC samosas, so when we asked if they had a veggie burger, they told us they can prepare a delicious burger using their veggie samosa. Imagine our skepticism, and then our utter shock, when it turned out to be the most delicious spicy, saucy samosa burger we have ever sunk our teeth in! Overall, an excellent experience, but with all the personnel exuding immense warmth and gracious hospitality. Definitely coming here OVER and OVER again!!! Yum!“
