“Oh my goodness. The best BBQ we have had in Illinois. We have traveled to Tennessee, Missouri, Chicago and all over the Chicago suburbs and this place takes the cake. (Peg leg in Nashville still is the over all best we’ve had) We happened upon Porkey’s after our Chicago plans fell through. Wow!!!!!!!!!! We had several plates of meat, a kids meal, sides, and dessert and our bill was less than $50. The staff were friendly, attentive and they offered great suggestions. I was so satisfied with our whole experience. From beginning to end a great flipping meal. They also had the bears pre season game on. Everything was so tasty. I will say this… and it may be fighting words, but their lumpia were better than stix and noodles. We had brisket sandwich, 1/2 lb of pulled pork, chicken fingers, a bao bun, brisket lumpia and bread pudding. On sundays they also have apple cider donuts so yeah we had those too! 5 stars from beginning to end.“

“What an experience! I’m a BBQ snob and this place met my standards. My opinion: love the ribs, burnt ends, hot links, pulled pork, mac n cheese and chicken. Liked the brisket, turkey, sweet potato fries. Baked beans weren’t my favorite.
Now for my favorite part of the experience… out waitress Kylie (I hope I got her name right). She was phenomenal. She knew just when to check in and provided outstanding service. Best waitress I have ever had.“

“Unique KBBQ experience. All the meats my group had were of perfect quality. Every single one of them just really melted in your mouth. You've got to try it out if you have the opportunity.

That's not even the best part, the best part was the Kimchi fried rice at the end they served... Was very satiated.

“Best BB.Q franchise for me. Gives the biggest peices, excellent saucing, and service.

For whatever reason many BB.Q Chicken locations only allow you to select only one flavor for a medium order. So if you want two different flavors you have to pay the higher charge to get two small sizes In different flavors. This location allows me to order two separate flavors for a medium order which saves me a headache, and a little money. I am willing to drive 5 minutes further to go to this location than the other 3 or so BB.Q locations that are slightly closer as a result. Keep up the good work guys!“

“This place was awesome! My girlfriend and I celebrated our anniversary here and we loved the experience. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was great. There was a big group next to us and at one point the staff put on a loud birthday song and brought out a cake on a plate and started singing happy birthday. The whole restaurant of strangers erupted into cheers and shouts and laughter for this guy. It was hilarious. Our server Abby was very friendly and always checked in on us. We had mentioned that we were celebrating an anniversary and she came out at the end of our meal with this custom plate in the picture. This was such a thoughtful gesture and really brought the experience over the top for my girlfriend and I. Thanks so much for making our night so wonderful!“

“Came in this afternoon with my wife for lunch; and this was our first time coming here. From the get go; we thought it was a Greek Chicken restaurant! To our surprise it was. A fusion surprise. You could get Mexican food dishes or Chicken to Pork. Oh yah complimentary chips and salsa. The Husband and Wife workers here were amazing as well; and were a delight. The Food was exceptional! “My first visit to Char Kabobs was excellent! I wasn’t sure what to order because I’m not (yet!) super familiar with the cuisine. The chef? recommended the Chicken Boti wrap and it was delicious! I’d asked for it spicy and it had the perfect amount of heat for me. Freshly prepared, flavorful tender chicken, lots of onions, just the right amount of lettuce and delicious sauce all wrapped up in fresh flat bread. I will definitely be back to try more items! “Nice, clean restaurant and was not too crowded for Sunday dinner except someone's party. Food was okay nothing exceptional that I was anticipating. I have had more tastier Nihari at Usmania, Sabri or Ali Nihari. BBQ was good but karahi needs more reasonable fixing. We liked the paratha poori, Naan and parathas were freshly made and hot to touch. Staff was polite and courteous.
The parking lot needs fixing. We used disability parking but the walkway was so rocky, uneven and so far from the entrance that my dad almost fell with his rollator. It definitely needs fixing before a lawsuit happens“
