“A HUGE HUGE shout out to Evan at the Jimmy John's location at 4593 W. Higgins Rd in Hoffman Estates, IL. I was picking up a few things in the shopping center at around 10:15 this morning. I decided to run in to pick up a sandwich for lunch. Evan not only greeted me, but excused himself for not being prepared because the location did not open until 11:00 am. He was SO friendly, accommodating and told me he always opens up the door early for his customers. Unbelievably GREAT service!! THANK YOU Evan!!!!“

“I usually don't have any issues when ordering Jimmy John's but when i got it today, my veggie sandwich tasted gross. Idk but it tasted like the veggies and cheese weren't fresh. It also tasted like someone's hand who hadn't been washed for a while touched it. Again I usually don't have any issues but man did my sandwich taste awful“

Repeat regular customers, new customers, kids and adults. Wow were they nice to everyone! The food was great and quick. Loved everything here!“
