“I made my first visit to Prime Sushi & Ramen today. It won't be my last. I ordered negihama maki (yellowtail roll) and salmon roll for pickup. My order was ready on time, the portions of fish were high quality and generous, and they got my special request (no wasabi) right. I haven't had the dine-in experience yet, but they occupy the former Amore Mio space, which is lovely. I'm delighted to have another fine restaurant in that space, and I look forward to becoming a regular!“

“Absolutely fantastic! I ordered the Kaiseki Bento with Salmon, and it was a feast! The grilled salmon was perfectly cooked—crispy skin with tender, flaky meat. The bento came with miso soup, fresh salad, delicious gyoza, tempura that was light and crispy, and a few California rolls that rounded out the meal beautifully. Great presentation and flavor. Sushi EN has definitely become my new go-to for Japanese lunch and dinner specials!“

Vegetarian options: This is a japanese food dining place, so either it is tofu items, soups, vegetable rolls, boiled beans, friend vegetable or meat (salmon, chicken, pork etc.)So you can choose decently.

Parking: Enought parking space because this is located in a strip mall.“

“Love that they offer so many vegan options here. I come here for specialty itmes that I can't find anywhere else. They have vegan donuts, croissants, cookies, and more. They used to have vegan tamales which were great but I haven't seen them in a while. Good place for a variety of food!“

The staff is quick to serve you and is very friendly and knowledgeable! The entire place is immaculate and tastefully decorated! “We visited with a large party for a friend’s birthday, so there was a bit of a wait before we were able to get our food order in, but overall the experience was positive. I don’t usually like sushi, so I ordered the yaki udon, which was good, and it came with a miso soup that I really enjoyed; though I do wish the udon portion had been a bit larger.

My partner ordered the Mango Tango roll and chicken tempura sushi and really liked both. The sushi was good overall, and the presentation was pretty, even if it was served on fairly basic plates. We also tried the chicken karaage, which had good flavor but could have been a little juicier.

To top it off, since we were celebrating a birthday, the staff brought out a free dessert for the table, which was a really nice touch. Overall, it’s a solid local all-you-can-eat sushi spot and a good option, especially for group dining.“

“This place is a gem. We stopped there today for lunch and I must say it was wonderful. The sashimi bap I ordered was d se o fresh, delicious, colorful and tasty, and my husband, who ordered a bibimbap said it was the best he’s ever had. And he had a lot. 😀

“Wow, great place to go and eat. Fast and furious. The sushi was off the charts good. They were super busy when I went, but the service was good. The sushi was served fast and I was not even at the sushi bar! Parking was easy, lots of spots to park in.“

“Ordered carry-out from the Vernon Hills location and loved it! Fantastic quality ramen, flavorful broth and still hot after getting it home. Miso Ramen and Taiwan Ramen are fantastic, but beware that single pepper icon, because it’s no joke! (And I say this as someone who grew up eating spicy food 🙂) Delicious, but intense! I would LOVE to see a milder version of the Taiwan Ramen (or at least a way to adjust the heat, like the Spicy Miso), because the flavor was truly amazing and addictive.“

“If you want authentic food an amazing experience then this is your go to. The owners are hardworking and they do everything themselves. When you come here, you will be greeted by the hostess/waitress with a smiling face. A sweet Japanese man will be making the sushi and a lovely woman in the kitchen preparing with love all of the hot dishes. It is places like this that I love to eat, quite the opposite of the corporate chain restaurants who give you minimal while charging the max. This place does the opposite. You get the full value out of your dollar and it is well spent. The freshness of the sushi and the flavor of the chicken yakitori are second to none, because love is an ingredient that is not often found in restaurants anymore. Please do yourself a favor and bring your family to a restaurant that you will feel wholesome while filling you up.“

“If you like chocolate then this is definitely a place worth visiting. There is an interwebs video thingy about how they make the chocolate which inspired us to visit. The chocolate is more european in style, and also not too sweet. I loved it and also exploring the japanese market nearby. A fun afternoon!“

“I’ve been going to Tokio Sake for last 10 years. The food is amazing and the variety of Sake to choose from, the Chefs are creative and consistent . Not many places carry bluefin tuna but Tokio Sake does. Sashimi is fresh and kitchen entrees are outstanding.“
