“I’ve been going to Ottimo’s for several years now. Loved the restaurant but The quality and overall experience has been changing. The quality of the food isn’t there so much, the portions have gotten a bit smaller and there are always new servers, that need more training. Not sure if there’s new owners or mgmt but definitely a change. A couple years ago I would’ve given Ottimos a 5/5 but now it’s about half of that as a rating. Last night went for dinner with the family- the bread that was brought to the table was more like croutons because it was over cooked and somewhat hard, it should have never been served. We asked for more bread and the server came back to the table and said not much longer it’s coming out of the oven now. 10mins later he came to the table and asked if we needed anything I mentioned the bread and he said if yeah let me check. The server asst came to refill water and asked if we needed more bread m, I said yes please. Well after all that the bread never came. The O/O on the table tasted stale, or maybe a cheaper brand than normally served. One ordered the walleye special in lemon butter sauce, the sauce was a dark color tasted a bit burnt, very expensive for the size of the piece that was served and served with nothing else. Usually served with risotto- can suggest a side of pasta or even a side salad. Was not worth it. We ordered bruschetta- was bland, and again whom ever was cooking the bread toasted this bread to a crostini. Was very excited when Ottimos opened, loved that it was very close to traditional Italian food, and local (without having to drive to the City to Little Italy)! But sadly I do not feel the same so much lately. Bring back the way you use to be when first opened! Would love to visit that again!“

“The food is amazing! Fresh, raw and delicious. Even my carnivore friend enjoyed everything. We had the nachos, cheese steak, cucumber boats and the turtle brownies. Entrees are served with green salad and an apple citrus salad. I took the Thai pizza and almond butter banana pie to go. The staff and owner are pleasant and attentive. I do not live nearby, but plan on returning.“

“I usually bake my own cakes for my kids birthdays, but these last few weeks have been incredibly busy and I knew I wouldn’t have time, so I decided to give Crème a try. So glad I did! “My server demi was very attentive and got everything right in my very detail difficult order I always have crazy requests and she meet every need of mine. “Nothing Bundt Cake Orland Park was wonderful for my wedding two weeks ago and Joanne helped every step of the way! :) Not only did she ease my mind and made the process seamless, but she facilitated the set up at our venue which eased a lot of stress of myself and family. And for the price, we received more then enough bundtini's for our reception! I would 10/10 recommend for weddings, and even for just grabbing a bundt cake :)“

Absolutely phenomenal ...I had many Gluten free bakery items from other places and this place is off the charts ...we started off with the carrot cake ...geez it could not have tasted any better if it had,had Flour in it ....The cream cheese, omg let me eat the whole tub of cream cheese batter......The pineapple upside down cake was also a hit.....and that chocolate chip brownie bar ..very dangerous ...had to eat the whole bar.........I haven't made it to the brioche bread and the cinnamon roll but I keep you posted ....5 Lia P“

“Food was great, had an egg and cheese crossaint, some spinach, avocado, mushroom, and cheese crepes, the house veggie burger, and crispy eggplant with polenta and goat cheese. The crepe came with only the cheese on the inside and other ingredients on top, and was more of a crispy rather than soft or spongy texture, so somewhat different than I had pictured but they were good. I'd order all of it again! Service was good and attentive. Food was a little slow to come out at times given that the place was pretty empty, but I wasn't in a hurry and was taking my own time, so I didn't mind that. Will definitely return!“

“After hearing about this family owned brewery in downtown Lockport on the I'm Fat Podcast,I decided to give them a try .As soon as you enter you get greeted by the bartender . You go to the bar to order your beer. He was willing to answer any questions you might have or even give you a small sample to taste.They brew on site and offer about 12 different beers in 5,10 and 16 ounce pours.There were many regulars sitting at the bar and I noticed most of them had the 1853 Orange Creme Ale so I decided why not. I am glad I did! Delicious and refreshing with just the right amount of orange and vanilla.The only reason I gave them 4 stars is no food options are available unless you bring your own or order from one of the local establishments in the areaOpen daily with entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights,this is a real gem.“

So many great memories from this place ordering delivery when I had sleep overs as a kid all the time. Service is great never got a pizza order wrong. “This was some of the best food I have had out in a very, very long time. Everything was fresh. I had the Buffalo Chicken Wrap and the lettuce was crispy, and the chicken was tender. Just really great tasting all around, and it was put together very neatly. Sometimes you go out and your food looks like they just slapped it together. Not here. I also had the pretzel bites and they are nice and soft, with a little seasoning on top, served with warm queso dip. Delicious. To finish, I tried the Orange Pushup smoothie and it tasted just like a Creamsicle (or Push Up) if you remember how those tasted back when. The restaurant inside is clean and the cashier was really nice. I will be back as soon as I can to try other things. I wish we had one near our workplace We'd be there every day.“

“A hidden gem! The interior of the restaurant is so surprising and delightful when you enter. We ate near the fireplace. We started with their house salad and homemade crusty warm bread - great beginning! Husband had Chicken Parmigiana and I had Chicken Chantel - both were truly delicious. Excellent service. “Phenomenal, outstanding bread. Been there a few times. Today woke up early so I went there at 8:30 am. At that time it's like a different store. I always go there around 12-2 pm - they close at 3, and the store does not have a lot by then. Still I was always able to find really good bread. But when you go in the morning, that's when the place is at its best. All the racks are full of different multiple bread types and many are still warm. Today I got breads I've never had before, and it was not easy to decide. I would have bought one of each! I had a small focaccia, a sourdough -that was still warm, and a cranberry walnut- on sale because it was a day old. We had a feast with them when we got home. The cranberry was excellent. I would say my favorite. The other two to die for. I highly recommend this place. My experience with service has consistently been good.“

We were glad we came though— the vibes were chill, and the staff were so kind and friendly. The food is pretty standard diner / fast food grub, and tasted good. The prices are affordable too, and the portions are large. If I lived in the area, I would probably stop by more often with friends as a chill hangout spot to grab a quick bite or milkshake.Food I tried:- Chili (4.5/5): The chili is really delicious! “Came to this pizzeria after my sons hockey game and the place was good. As soon as u walk in, we were greeted immediately and had a table within minutes. Tvs were everywhere, so u can't miss a game or highlights of sports going on, which was great also. Ordered a deep dish which typically takes about 20 minutes or so longer than a regular pizza but the wait was worth it. Cheese and sauce was on point and they didn't skimp on the sausage either. I wilk say maybe less flour in the dough cause it did overtake the breading flavor of the pizza a bit but iverall it was delicious. Our waiter kept checking in which was great and as well.
