The staff made us feel very welcome and taken care of the entire night. They added little cute touches like our picture on the menu that made it feel special and their new space is really modern and perfect for events. We highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions or just a nice dinner out. We have been coming here with our family the last few years and it is an amazing gem in Joliet.“

“Came here last night (2-23-25) a couple hours before close. We had a group of about 10 of us. The food quality is whats expected when you go to Olive Garden. Im writing this review specifically to speak on how great the service was. I believe our waiters name was Nick M (at least according to the receipt) and he was fantastic - especially for us being a big-ish group coming in a bit late in the night. Nick was attentive, courteous, funny, and kind. He checked up on us and didn't forget a single item for anyone or make a single mistake! He was also overall very kind, which our table needed as we have been going through a rough time. And one of the best BBQ sauces I love.
The rip tips are great.
The ribs are great.
The pulled pork is great.
I love the garlic bread wiith there home BBQ sauce on it.
They use teal.oak wood for the pit to smoke the meat.
I have been going there for 15 years or 16 yesrs, always happy there.
Looks great on the outside and lots of kool antiques decorating the inside.
Go try it, you will love it.

“I've never really cared for this place, but it's obvious many people enjoy their food. It's a very busy fast food joint, but they appear to handle the crowd quickly and easily. The line inside was short, and they had many cashiers available.
The chicken salad was good, but the dressing choices were limited and rather bland. My wife had chicken strips.
Parking was limited, which pushes patrons to use the very busy drive through.“

“This place is so amazing. The IMPOSSIBLE burger actually tastes impossible, you don’t taste beans or anything like that. It just tastes identical to a burger but it’s vegetarian, best thing ever if you don’t eat red meat. Best to buy in a combo meal, if you buy separately your total is almost $20. Staff is extremely attentive and makes sure to accommodate to your needs. Though I was being charged $18 and my total dropped to $12 once i asked If i couldn’t get my burger as a combo instead of everything being charged separately, other than that lovely place. 100% worth your money!“

“We recently ordered a pizza from Palermo’s of 63rd & Frankfort for the first time. We are long time customers from the original Palermo’s back from just off 63rd & Western. It was just like romancing the past. Everything was perfect from the crust to the cheese and of course the always terrific sauce. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.“
