“My husband and I came through the Herrin Starbucks on our way from my grandmothers funeral, yesterday (7/26/26). We were upset and frazzled the entire time we were ordering. An employee, Jeffrey, was absolutely exceptional, patient, kind, and helped walk us through each step in the ordering process. I am sure we made it extremely difficult for him just to take our order, but he was so understanding. He helped to make a terrible day just a little better, and expected nothing in return.
