She said she wouldn’t give me a refund and then when I insisted that if she could please give me my refund, she threw Canadian coins at me. I left the store with a black eye and smelling like bacon and sorrow. I plan on going again though.“

I had the penne bolognaise..my husband the timballo..for give me if I misspelled it..baked spaghetti....the gelato is great...they make their own bread..I bought their homemade sopressata to take home...I am sure I will not be disappointed..I highly recommend it..“

“Never been to something like this and found it on google looking for a dessert type place to go with family. It was pretty expensive and overwhelming with options but we just weren’t familiar with this type of place. We settled with a chocolate shake and a chocolate lava cake and it was freaking delicious. It looks like a hot mess but it was 10/10. The flavors aren’t like a normal brownie or cake batter for the cake, it wasn’t Nutella and was melted chocolates, and I never had gelato before and the vanilla gelato was a like custard like cream cheese type of flavor and texture and it was really good.

The shake was super light and fluffy. Hard to describe but different.

“The cookies are amazing as always! Staff can try to be a little more friendlier they give the factory worker feel (hot miserable & not trying to be there). Doesn’t feel welcoming but thankfully I’m not there for them 🤪 there for the cookiesss but a lil customer service goes a long way & if that’s too much try smiling it’s contagious! 😊“

“Master Gelato has easily become my favorite dessert spot. I've tried almost everything on the menu except the brownie gelato and the kunafa gelato, and everything has been amazing. My absolute favorite is the Oreo Tres Leches cake—it is hands down one of the best desserts I've ever had.
The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. They let me sample different flavors, answered all my questions, and were very generous with their recommendations. The customer service alone makes me want to keep coming back.
The shop itself is spotless, modern, classy, and beautifully decorated. It has a comfortable atmosphere that makes you want to stay and enjoy your dessert. What really sets Master Gelato apart is the quality and authenticity. They have unique flavors that are out of this world, the best Arabic ice cream I've ever had, and they import their ingredients from Italy, so everything tastes fresh, authentic, and natural. “La Michoacana Fresa is the real deal for a sweet treat. I grabbed a couple of their Fresas con Crema paletas—strawberry chunks swirled in creamy goodness. Also tried the Arroz con Leche popsicle; it was like dessert in a bite. The place is clean, the staff is chill, and the flavors hit every time. Spent about $15, and it was worth every penny. Definitely coming back for more.“

“Finally got to come and visit Betty's ice cream. We were not disappointed. Very affordable. Just for 1 classic banana split, 3 banana split cups, 1 classic vanilla cone just a little over 35 bucks. Not to mention the chocolate covered bananas and milkshake shakes, spot on 👌.“

She informed me and asked me if I would like certain things on my funnel cake before putting anything else outside what it's served with. The Funnel Cake was fresh along with the fruit. “I am still 1000% convinced that Culver's is the best fast casual burger place. Hell, even better than McDonald's, Wendy's and BK. Even though BK has gotten WAY better than before. I still haven't had the chance to eat at In N Out yet but so far nothing beats Culver's. The only one that may come a bit close to defeating the mighty Culver's is Shake Shack, but, still, Culver's is king. EVEN if they're based in Wisconsin and are assumedly Packers fans, I'll let it slide. Me being a Bears fan and all. 😎🐻“
