“Boba trip is located in a strip mall on cicero. Just off of Cicero, it had very good boba, drinks and a very friendly staff and service. The prices were reasonable and they had many options and ideas. They also were willing to customize drinks for you to your taste. I found the prices reasonable and the staff was very good. I filled out the online form at Windy City Ice Cream, requesting a quote. Elena got back to me almost immediately and together we set up a time the next day to come out and surprise our employees. Communication was great the whole day and Aaron showed up with his truck on time. He was both courteous and professional. It is exceptionally clean and well-organized, and every compartment where the ice cream is located is spotless. I received prompt and excellent treatment from the woman who assisted me. I didn't feel hurried out of there, and she took her time to make my order. Depending on how busy they are, places like these will typically rush you out and leave a mess everywhere. I have never seen an ice cream place offer so many different topings! On my ice cream I dared to try popping rocks, gummy bears, and sprinkles. It was a revolutionary combination! The employees were so nice, and one of them even helped me test out different ice cream flavors. Not only is the food good, but also the atmosphere. When I walked in, I was greeted by an enthusiastic sound of a bell. Then as I walked through the most beautiful light pink hallway, I saw hundreds of little signs and pictures. My personal favorite is the "Dog People Rule" sign! Inside the store there is comfortable, clean environment. You can bring your whole family if you want to. My tin cup was excellent, my daughter's shake and my wife's concrete. It was a nice surprise but I see now why there is a line to get in. So far since then I haven't seen much hostility toward the employees unless it's from impatient customers who struggle to comprehend that they're not the only people waiting.Anyways, I've received exceptional service lately. Mainly from a very kind tall man with a beard and slightly longer hair. I wish I would've asked for his name.There's also another taller man who has a little stubble and glasses, he always greets me and calls me sir, which is cool because I'm actually transgender and I get a confidence boost each time I see him. “I only write a review when I have overwhelmingly good things to say and want to make sure credit is paid where it is due. We just hosted my sons 4th birthday at the Brown Cow and it was awesome. Cassidy and Caleb were incredible party captains. We joked that we will be hiring Cassidy to MC every party we host from now on. The kids had a great time. The parents all got to chat because the kids were entertained. The ice cream was great and we were able to accommodate everyone's allergies and food preferences. And I barely had to plan a thing. Win-win-win-win. We may even host our other sons bday party there again this summer. Just a great experience overall. We will be back!“
