“We enjoyed another great evening at Coopers Hawk Kildeer. We choose Coopers Hawk not only for their great drinks, food preparation and portions, but also because they have substantial Gluten-Free options and dedicated fryers so everyone can enjoy. They take allergy consciousness seriously. While Kyle our server was prompt, courteous, and engaging I have to say the entire staff gave us a feeling they truly appreciated our choice dining with them. Everyone we spoke with or even passed in the hallway smiled and made eye contact. The Pretzel bread (including Gluten-Free bread) along with appetizers (Calamari & Brussel Sprouts) were the perfect size for our party of five(5) to share. We enjoyed a variety of dishes (Chicken, Pretzel-Crusted Pork Chops, Spaghetti w/Meatballs, Gnocchi Alla Vodka, and Salad w/Chicken & Avocado), all delicious. Flourless cake and two other desserts were shared and delicious. Overall highly recommended as we have had consistent high quality food and service at this location.“

“It was my birthday and was wonderful evening! Our server was excellent and took time for short conversations and making sure we had whatever we wanted. Loved the special attention for my birthday! Noise level was on the quieter side considering as busy as it was. Food was good as usual.“

“Our wedding was on 8/18/2023 and we are still so happy from the perfect day. From the minute we started our tour at Pinstripes with Shannon Schurr, my husband and I knew Pinstripes was going to be the perfect place for our wedding reception. We toured a few other venues, but Pinstripes was perfect. Shannon was so responsive and answered all of our questions along the way. The food tasting was lovely as well and it was a great chance to try all the food and feel confident at our choices. From the tour to the tasting to the reception, everything was seamless and magical. All of our guests absolutely raved about the reception venue and all the wedding guests mentioned it was the most fun wedding reception they have ever been at. The food and drink options were fantastic! We had bowling during our cocktail hour (with socks and bowling shoes included for all guests) and bocci courts open after dinner, which was a huge hit. We reserved the all-seasons outside space, which was well worth the little additional money, and the firepits and decorations (including the flowered backdrop) were a big hit and we didn’t even need to buy any decorations because it was set up so beautifully. The service was excellent throughout the whole night and the linens turned out prettier than we could have pictured! There was also a cool stand for the cake to be displayed while we were cutting it. Many of our guests now frequent for bowling and dinner at Pinstripes and my husband and I do the same.“

“I am so grateful for such great service here! I have my go-to’s but I’ve gotten to try sandwiches, soup, pasta, salads, cookies, and everything has always been super tasty! Because of that, I have started getting food to-go from here whenever I can. Be it through DD or in person ordering, they get it right EVERY time which sadly can’t be said very often anymore. “I have been here for lunch many times but rarely in the evening. We stopped in on Saturday night with the intention of having a quick drink however there was an amazing 80s cover band performing. There was a very reasonable $5 cover charge and there were plenty of staff so the service was fast and efficient. The cocktails were excellent and the whole experience was so fun!“

“We had a party of 6. 4 meals were correct. One was entirely wrong and the correct meal didn't come until we were almost done. One persons hamburger was missing the greens but the waiter was messing w the incorrect meal so didn't come back to fix the burger mess up. It wasn't busy either. Sunday around 2:30. Nothing was comped or some $ taken off. A bit disappointed. Other 4 meals were good.“

“Danny on Omelets and Christina serving the tables were TOP NOTCH. Once again, marriott delivers the best in service whether it’s in the rooms or in the dining areas. Christina was professional, friendly, and efficient. Danny gave great recommendations for his best omelette and was a true chef. This was our first time staying at the Schaumburg convention center hotel and we will be back and recommended to others. The SPH was a fabulous stock and we recommend you try the Gather Bar in the same facility as well. Great service.“

“We hadn’t been to The Cheesecake Factory in a few years, and we were pleasantly surprised! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. While The Cheesecake Factory used to feel a bit pricey, their prices haven’t increased much and are now comparable to other restaurants. The portions were generous—we ended up taking half of our food home! Our server was attentive and very kind. Overall, a wonderful experience.“
