“This place has never missed the mark with service in my experience, and I frequent at least once a month. The drinks are always cold, fresh, and reasonablypriced. The food is delicious and fresh as well... my favorites are the smoked wings, cheese curds, beer nuggets, and chicken pesto sandwich. The staff is uber friendly and it felt great seeing many of them take the time to greet me (while I was on crutches) after a couple months hiatus (since I was injured). “I brought my mom here for lunch and everything was wonderful! We both have food allergies and they were very attentive and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. In addition to that, everything was delicious! We both got burgers, hers had bacon and mine was without bacon and both were amazing! The fries were also really good, crispy and well salted. “Can’t beat this place for ribs. Been going for decades. They still fall off the bone they are so tender. Service is great, lovely dining room across the street from Diamond Lake. Good wine list and extensive menu. We would go more often if it wasn’t so pricey but it’s our go-to spot for special occasions.“

“This place seemed as if it was an upscale sports bar. Plenty on tvs to view games, but above that was the food! I was very surprised at how everything tasted, making me savor that last bite. “Our server was very attentive. We always love coming here for lunch. One of the bus boys spilled a glass of water on me. He did not handle it great and barely apologized. The maitre d saw what happened and right away asked if we were ok and offered to comp our lunch, seeing how I was pretty drenched. It was super nice and exactly how I would have expected it handled. She was great. I know accidents happen but it was just too bad the bus boy didn't seem apologetic. We will of course be returning!“
“We had a girls dinner at Coopers Hawk and all was fantastic - the food, atmosphere and service. Our waitress Paula was amazing and just so sweet attentive. I ordered some appetizers to munch on. The drunken shrimp (came with 5) were good and crisp. the ‘over the border egg rolls’ were the best I have ever had! Two of the three dipping sauces it came with were dynamite! However, there are two rooms where we were in one of them, and the sound of music and laughing and stuff carries from one room to another, interfering with speakers and conversations. “We celebrated a birthday here recently. The steak was excellent! I eat primarily carnivore and the kitchen prepared a skirt steak atop a bed of bacon. Not just a couple slices of average bacon. This was 6 slices of crispy bacon topped with a perfect medium rare steak! A great meal overall with one caveat when they gave our table to another party when we were 5 minutes late and told us they did that. We waited about 20 minutes for our table. Not the end of the world but a bit frustrating.“
