“We live 2.5 hours south of Lake Villa, but we were meeting some friends from Florida for dinner. They were in the area for their grandson’s graduation from Great Lakes Naval Academy. Found this place via Google and it had great reviews, with good reason. We wish we lived closer because it would be a favorite for sure. Probably the best bruschetta and lasagna I’ve had in a very long time. Everyone loved their entrees. We tried multiple pasta dishes and the pizza. Prices were very reasonable and our service was exceptional. Excellent dining experience all around. Highly recommend.“

“Everything is always great at Wildberry as far as the food & service go! I just wish they had a better system for when they are crowded, and not have everyone come up to the desk to wait to be seated. It turns into a mosh pit. I don't like it! Maybe they need a bigger building...something but the food is always so amazing!“

We had Beef, Chicken, and Shrimp with carrots, Brussels sprouts, and garlic potatoes. I had many complaints about the food. Would highly recommend!“

“I have been going to Hayashi for years. Whenever, I have a craving for Japanese strip steaks, sushi, or Udon that is my go-to place. Excellent Food, Excellent Service, and Excellent Ambiance. I would highly recommend this Japanese steak house. They go out of their way to serve their customers. “We've been going to Ron and Pats for years, but their new pizza combo's are excellent. We just had the Sicillian with the thin crust extra crispy, and it's one of the best pizzas we've had there! If you haven't been, it's such a great place, amazing staff who are ultra friendly. Their website and online ordering are super smooth and easy to use. It's definitely worth the trip for great pizza!!!!“

“Best food and service EVER!!! We attended a wedding reception there. We had an amazing BIG soft pretzel and brussel spout flakes, they tasted like candy, yum. My husband had the BBQ ribs, BEST ribs and BBQ sauce EVER, I had the orange chicken again BEST orange chicken I've ever had. Our nephew had the Tim's challenge and he ate it all and got a cool tee shirt. Highly recommended. And did I mention the AWESOME customer service!!!“

“We do not stop at Cracker Barrel cause there isn't one near our house. We found this one en route to southern Illinois for the eclipse thing.We know the food is good and we were not disappointed. The oven they have looks really cool for one but it perfectly softens yet crisps the fresh dough. Think of MOD pizza with fresh ingredients. The staff was informative about how they prepare and store the ingredients without me having to ask. They had a wide range of toppings for their pizzas. If pizza isn’t your thing, no worries! “My first visit to Chrissoulas was absolutely amazing. The food was outstanding. We kicked off with an Espresso Martini, just the pick-me-up I needed. The Greek Salad had alot of feta, my favorite part! The Pastitchio was generously portioned and delightful. “I've never ever been there before. Went with a friend for dinner. We ordered the double-decker pizza. I also have never had one of those. That was kind of fun. It was like pizza with pizza on top. It was something interesting to try a fun experience. Cute place. nice friendly people. You get peanuts to start that was kind of fun so if you have a peanut allergy I don't recommend going there. But the food and service was great. the girls w running their butts off trying to keep up with all the work they had and they were doing a great job. Definitely go try it out.“

“My first time ever trying Thai food, my husband has always been a fan. I am now hooked, this place is amazing. I knew it had to be good when I pulled up to a restaurant attached to a home kitchen. We ordered the Beef noodle soup spice level 2, chicken pad thai spice level 3, order of sticky buns, crispy egg rolls and crab rangoon. Everything was amazing. Tender beef in the soup, fresh not canned crunchy sprouts, rich broth. My husband loved the heat and fresh veggies in his pad thai. Even after sitting in the bag for about 30 minutes after pick up the rangoons were perfectly crunchy thanks to the venting on the container they put them in. Perfect portions, quality, great price, clean, all staff wearing masks, multiple carry out options in terms of curb side pick up, going in, delivery etc. Highly highly highly recommend. Cannot wait for our next take out/date night.“
