“1st off, I'm not a local guide as this stupid Google system says I am. Ok, Native New Yorker now living in Texas, seriously missing good Chinese food. I was in Illinois for business and a coworker suggested China Style and it was delicious! The nice woman at the counter had them make BBQ Pork Fried Rice for me, to go with an order of BBQ Pork and it was all very good! The prices were standard for what Chinese food costs these days. It was so good. I came back 2 days later for more of the rice and had the Chicken with Broccoli and it was very good as well! Thank you to the nice woman for having the order prepared specifically for what I wanted! Best Chinese I've had away from New York.“

“Tried for the first time today and was very satisfied with the three items I got. Sweet and sour chicken was on point (small s&s chicken came with rice and sauce), crab rangoons were pretty tasty and crispy even after I got home, and my favorite of the three the shrimp egg roll which had real chunks of shrimp along the entire rolls.Definately will be back in the future, thanks for a great meal!“

“This has become our “go to” place for carry out. Excellent traditional Cantonese. Yes, great seafood menu, but it has a full variety of other choices. Really fast: I do phone or online order, live nearby and leave right away, yet order is ready when I arrive or within a couple of minutes.“

“I ordered the Dragon & Phoenix dish for takeout. The description sounded great: fresh shrimp, chunks of chicken, bok choy, mushrooms, snow pea pods, water chestnuts, and bamboo shoots. Unfortunately, the reality didn’t live up to the expectations.

The biggest issue was the chicken. It was dry, tough, and tasted like it had been cooked a long time ago and just reheated. It was very unpleasant to chew and really took away from the dish. The shrimp, on the other hand, were good — fresh and tender. Most of the vegetables were also fine.

However, the dish was missing two of the listed ingredients: bamboo shoots and water chestnuts. Their absence noticeably affected the texture and overall experience.

This dish could have been delicious, but the poor quality chicken and missing ingredients really ruined it. I hope more attention is paid to preparation and order accuracy in the future.“

“Friendly staff, very polite. Excellent food for pick up or delivery. You get a lot of food for the price and it’s really tasty. Tried the crab Rangoon, chicken fried rice, Singapore noodles and general tso chicken. All great dishes. Flavorful, didn’t even need to add extra soy sauce. Kids and adults loves every dish. No complains! Will order again for sure!“

“I've been trying local places around. So far this is my favorite Chinese. I will say, i was hesitant to try due to the prices. I'm can be very cheap at times. But the food looked good in the pictures and the restaurant has been in business for 50+ years so i decided to give in a try last week. I ordered the chicken and broccoli, sweet and sour chicken, pork egg foo yung, pot stickers and crab ragoon. When i tried that pot sticker, it was the most delicious pot sticker i have ever eaten. And the egg foo young, delicious! Tasty flavorful sauce and the patty texture, egg to bean sprout and meat ratio, and taste was perfect! I have been searching for that consistency in an egg foo young for years and finally found it here. The other dishes were delicious as well. I requested for the chicken and broccoli to be in white sauce. Yum! It was worth every penny. Take my money please! I came back again today. I had to. I got the chicken egg foo young and more pot stickers. An order for myself and one for my husband. He loves the pot stickers as well. While i was there both times, i saw a lot of people come in to dine in and get drinks. Seems like a very chill environment to come have some food and drinks with friends. I am very satisfied with this restaurant. It has been a royal experience. Hope they stay open for the next 50 years!“

“My experience was both positive and negative. The food was pricey but well worth it since you can get 2 or 3 meals out of it. My wife's sesame chicken had an abundance or sweet and sour sauce. Too much for her taste. My shrimp eggs foo young was great along with the egg rolls. My pickup experience was terrible. The sign says "ring the bell"to notify them you're there. After 3 rings and 5 minutes with no response I called them to let them know I was there. They finally came out, no apology just pushed the order thru the plastic and sign the receipt. Not even a thank you. I trust this rudeness was just the result of a bad day and not par for the course.“

Egg roll is large in size and delicious, with peanut butter flavor, included with the $10.75 price + a massive portion of pork fried rice is very tasty, easily 2 meals worth of food. “I've been ordering from Chopstick for 8 years on an almost weekly basis. I love the food here, the prices are very reasonable, the flavors are great, and the portions are enormous. I usually get a lunch special meal, which comes with steamed or fried rice and an egg roll. You can get the meals at dinner time too for a small price surcharge. It can easily feed 2 people, and most are less than $10. I've tried almost everything, and l I've never been disappointed.“
