“We ordered a Thanksgiving catering package for our Black Friday get-together and everything was delicious, but the smoked turkey breast stole the show! The food was still hot even by the time we got it home and set up. The server there at 2pm when I picked up was very kind and helpful as well! We will definitely be back!

“What a fun environment, I had such a blast, and the food was spectacular. The bartender was so sweet and made the night nothing but a fun time for me and my friend. Regulars are always there and welcoming new people and I will go back again and again!!“

“Very clean, and staff is very pleasant. It is a low key gaming spot with the machines to the side so it is also a great place for the non-gamer. The food is typical menu of burgers, hot dogs, subs, etc. I go in a group and everyone has said their order was great, regardless what it was. It is well suited for groups.“

“Came here with a few friends and family to play darts. It was 930 pm and we were told we were being too loud- literally cheering that my mom got a bullseye. Because it was apparently their dinner hour… one table was eating. The bartender started swearing at us and the other was so concerned we cheered yet let a dad pay her off to allow a teenager in days ago. Handed us the bill and then called the cops on us. Mind you the cops laughed hearing how they were. Would not recommend a thing. Terrible atmosphere and incompetent rude staff.“

“I walked from Mavericks to Sideouts & I was looking for my inhaler which I found in my purse but the the door security guys that were working were FANTASTIC and calm. They even kept me calm which was different. I want to send a BIG THANK YOU to the guys worked the door on Saturday December 14th... Thank you so much. Add in the fun bar activities like Karaoke and of course bowling and you have a great evening out. Bar Down and Popular Creek Bowl provides an exceptional and memorable night out. It's a place where you can enjoy top-notch bowling, belt out your favorite tunes during karaoke, and indulge in gourmet-quality food and drinks. “We have been going to Durty Nellie's this Bear season and were welcomed with open arms. The service has been great and the servers attentive. Josh, the general manager has been available to us and helped our group raise over $2,000 for Wings . We are now looking into other events to continue raising funds and enjoying the music and food. “I ended up coming here by accident due to some scheduling miscommunication. Ended up ordering a couple drinks and some apps, which were good. But when I had a situation come up that I had to leave The restaurant before my food came out, they were very accommodating with me throughout and the food and drinks were good.“

Depending on the time of day you might need to park a little further away; try for one of the municipal garages if you can, though there's a lot of on-street parking too. If you are lucky enough and in the right place at the right time, you might even score some parking right in front of the bar's front door!

“was there on Sunday October 6th,Great place to watch a Bears game, food prices are really good. The Bone in chicken wings are really good. I had the sweet teriyaki My friend had the garlic parmesan wings we also ordered a pizza however the pizza was okay The cheese was rubbery, I would have liked to have brought these issues to my server however she was kind of in hiding, my server was very slow and that's usually not the case there..
