“Took my co-pilot (a very well-behaved and curious kitty) through your drive-thru today for their first ever stop—and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t as warm as we hoped. The barista seemed more annoyed than amused, which was disappointing. Not expecting a red carpet, but a little kindness goes a long way—especially when it’s someone’s first drive-thru adventure (yes, we take pet milestones seriously!). Hope next time there’s more smiles than sighs.“
“Hands down one of my favorite Starbucks restaurants in the area!! The inside/outside area is great for studying. The staff here is very friendly and always makes my drinks right (lots of whip and carmel). Love coming here for pup cups also!!“
