“The interesting thing about Starbucks now is that their regulars know what they want and they only feature new items. The board wouldnt be big enough for everything so they only list the new items not the old and favorite, so if you forgot what you used to order you are out of luck“

The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. I hope they're doing okay. Management, please consider offering more training on customer service.I ordered an iced coffee, specifically asking for a large size. The lady taking my order didn't follow up about cream, sugar, or any additional items. It was a bit disappointing, especially since this coffee run is supposed to kickstart your day. Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to giving them another chance!“

Dietary restrictions: This place is very clean service is good staff is friendly and everything is always so fresh no matter what time of the day you order. You can tell they don't let their food sit that everything is made ready order some McDonald's their breakfast sandwiches taste like they've been sitting there or have been reheated this McDonald's food never tastes like that including the drive-thru at night fries are always fresh which is appreciated“

You can really tell they care about the customer experience and make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of. Now let’s talk about the lemonades—WOW. Infused and delicious, it was honestly one of the best lemonades I’ve ever had. And the baked goods? Incredible. Soft, flavorful, and just the right amount of kick. Everything I tried was amazing, and I can’t wait to go back and try more. I seriously love, love, love this place. The staff, the products, the vibe—Blazed Bakery is on point. “I come here because they do pour-overs. Really Good pour-overs. (If they're busy, multi-tasking staff may miss the correcting timing so the extractions are suboptimal and may alter the taste in the negative.) But still a great coffee - I'm nitpicking.

I enjoy this more than the other places in Libertyville because the barista's really know their products - every one I've talked with has been able to discuss each coffee with knowledge that helps me learn. And oh so friendly, nice people who work there.

Pastry choices are limited, so-so in taste, and too sugary for me (donuts, muffins) They could use some nice croissants, chocolate croissants, morning buns, etc. If they partnered with Hewn Bakery it would be perfect. (I will often get coffee to go, and bring my own Hewn to eat outside at the benches.)“

“I tried a coffee from here for the first time. Elena is so sweet and I LOVEEEE her accent. But she truly is so nice and sweet and I love that (i think i have a crush on her). Apart from her the coffee was SOOOO good. I was feeling low on energy so I needed something and this coffee was amazing. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and that makes me very happy to see. It’s safe to say i won’t be getting coffee from anyone else bc I love every but about it.“
