“The interesting thing about Starbucks now is that their regulars know what they want and they only feature new items. The board wouldnt be big enough for everything so they only list the new items not the old and favorite, so if you forgot what you used to order you are out of luck“

“Wow, what an experience at this coffee shop! The customer service could use some improvement and training, but I'm optimistic they'll get there. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. I hope they're doing okay. Management, please consider offering more training on customer service.I ordered an iced coffee, specifically asking for a large size. The lady taking my order didn't follow up about cream, sugar, or any additional items. It was a bit disappointing, especially since this coffee run is supposed to kickstart your day. Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to giving them another chance!“

Dietary restrictions: This place is very clean service is good staff is friendly and everything is always so fresh no matter what time of the day you order. You can tell they don't let their food sit that everything is made ready order some McDonald's their breakfast sandwiches taste like they've been sitting there or have been reheated this McDonald's food never tastes like that including the drive-thru at night fries are always fresh which is appreciated“

Infused and delicious, it was honestly one of the best lemonades I’ve ever had. And the baked goods? Incredible. Soft, flavorful, and just the right amount of kick. “Alina was wonderful she was extremely knowledgeable and every cup of coffee was so smooth I had the cherry blast and it was super smooth not to sweet perfect balance and for those who don’t like strong coffee it’s a great option. My husband had the Cafe Borgia and omg that was the best espresso I’ve had in a long time super smooth just the right hint of chocolate. The atmosphere was so nice she had games and she’s very friendly to talk to so we felt very welcomed. Alina also offered us pastries to try they were so good we really liked the cinnamon pastry it tasted like a a churro it was so soft moist and delicious 🤤 we also tried the lemon pastry wow it was so good we are not from this area but we are happy we got to meet Alina and try her wonderful coffee 10/10 recommend“

“I come here because they do pour-overs. Really Good pour-overs. (If they're busy, multi-tasking staff may miss the correcting timing so the extractions are suboptimal and may alter the taste in the negative.) But still a great coffee - I'm nitpicking.

I enjoy this more than the other places in Libertyville because the barista's really know their products - every one I've talked with has been able to discuss each coffee with knowledge that helps me learn. And oh so friendly, nice people who work there.

Pastry choices are limited, so-so in taste, and too sugary for me (donuts, muffins) They could use some nice croissants, chocolate croissants, morning buns, etc. If they partnered with Hewn Bakery it would be perfect. (I will often get coffee to go, and bring my own Hewn to eat outside at the benches.)“
