We had the beef pho, shrimp spring rolls, classic bahn mi sandwich, Vietnamese coffee, and their Nutella latte. Everything was really great! The pho had a very clean and flavorful broth, the shrimp spring rolls were very light and refreshing, and the classic bahn mi was really tasty.

It’s also awesome they serve really great coffee/drinks to enjoy with your meal. The viet coffee is served with some condensed milk and cream, but wasn’t overly sweet and was perfectly balanced.

The staff was very kind and hospitable and the environment is very chill and tranquil with a modern interior. Look forward to visiting again!“

“Interesting coffee shop. It looks kinda like an office building from the outside, and it's tucked away on what feels like an industrial backstreet. The service was quick and friendly. I got a Tangerine Ginger tea, and as described, it was tangy and sweet. My friend got some kind of coffee, but she was disappointed with how sweet it was. I believe I also got an apple fritter, and it was flavorful and sweet, as I'd hoped. There was plenty of seating inside, as well as some picnic tables outside (though at the time, the insects were out in full force).“

“Have been here several times for their chai latte which, my opinion, is fantastic. I’ve also had their bagel melt with a turkey sausage and it was great. It came with a side of chips. Very close to the chicago botanical garden and prices are good. Really nice atmosphere, kind of like a bistro. Fun place to go to, and the people are great.“

I’m not surprised at all that their holiday special offerings sell out so quickly – – This is a special kind of bakery – – not too refined as to only have the sweetest and most delicate of desserts – – but more of a chefs kind of place – – you know the ingredients are going to be the finest out there. My only quibble is the inflexibility with the vegetarian sandwiches in their refrigerator – – the staff would not make me a fresh sandwich. But this is a minor quibble. “Im in town visiting family. I love this place! Im originally from around here. I miss the city and walking everywhere. I live in an area i can't walk to shops. Loved walking and spending time at Khepri. Been here 2x this week. I ordered the panang chicken and new banana latte with cold foam to go. Service was amazing and such friendly staff. The latte was so good, sweet. I hope the barista was right when i asked if this banana latte will be a regular on the menu. The small bites chicken dish was just the right size to hold me till later today for dinner. Thank you for the yummy latte and delicious tasting panang chicken. I will definitely be coming back next time I visit.“

It was our very first time visiting Scooter’s Coffee, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The employee at the window was extraordinarily friendly, patient, and knowledgeable in helping us navigate the menu.
The ordering process was effortless, and our order came out insanely fast without sacrificing quality. Everything was delicious:
Cinnamon Cold Brew: Hands down, as perfect as a cold brew can be. Smooth, rich, and full of flavor—I had to make my wife take a sip just so she could experience how good it was!
Sugar free Strawberry Cold Brew: My wife absolutely loved hers, saying it tasted just like a rich, delicious milkshake.
Maple Waffle Sandwich: Golden, warm waffle bun stacked with savory sausage, egg, and melted cheese. Warm, savory, sweet, and incredibly fresh.
The overall setup and location design are top-notch. While there’s no indoor seating, the outdoor patio area is exceptionally clean, shaded, and inviting, complete with tables and bench seating. They’ve made convenience a priority with a smooth drive-thru lane, a convenient walk-up ordering window, and designated parking spots specifically for mobile order pickup. (Plus, a huge bonus for pet parents—they have a sign up for free Pup Cups for good dogs!)

“Delicious boba tea! I had the Coconut milk tea with boba and my husband had the mango fruit with boba. This was our first time here! It was busy when we walked in with lines for those wanting to get there bubble / boba tea. There was a great menu of options to choose from and a nice sitting area to relax, and enjoy the drinks. Staff were quick and busy filling in the orders that were coming in. This is located in Chinatown near the Chinatown square. Great spot and delicious boba teas! We will definitely come back when we visit this area again!“

“I stopped by on an early Sunday afternoon to get some work done on my laptop, and the place was packed. Not to mention, the parking lot was full but there is 30 minute and 2 hour parking a short walk away, so don’t get discouraged if you’re driving here! I ordered a small iced latte and HT breakfast sandwich, and both were sooo good. I really want to try the wrap next time I come here. The espresso has an original flavor and the sandwich was simple with light ingredients but was also very tasty. The atmosphere is very lively so I didn’t stay to study for long since it was busy and booming with conversation, but I can’t complain! It’s lovely to see everyone enjoying their time here as much as I did. I even shared my table with two lovely ladies because they asked so nicely and who am I to refuse? lol. very nice community feel and staff is super helpful and kind.“

“Beautiful cafe, wonderful service and belly happy food/beverages.

It’s a great spot for couples, singles, family, etc. parking is limited but there are a few reserved spots for the cafe in the apartment building under which the cafe resides.

As for service, the servers are super sweet, always wanting to make your food and drinks be what will make your heart, belly and soul happy.

The menu has lots of creative items and they also have a new milk alternative “banana milk”.

If you’re looking for something new, something familiar and something that will give you a little

“I've been here three times in the past year and have been wowed each time. The employees are always nice and accommodating. The food is perfect each time, the bathrooms and restaurant itself are very clean, and the space is welcoming! That's saying a lot from someone who worked in a lot of restaurants over the years and can easily spot issues. Bagels are chewy, thaw nicely after being in my freezer for a bit, and make excellent sandwiches. Thank you for the Windex and cleaning up my water bottle catastrophe ;)“
