“My friends and I went a few days ago and was pleasantly surprised. We ordered kimbap, tteokbokki, and spicy ramen and everything was absolutely delicious. The server and owner were so kind and attentive. We are planning to visit again. Give this place a try!“
“So glad we found this place. Landed in Chicago from Hawaii and was greeted by snow all day. Looking for comfort food, we found this place. Wonderful staff and I believe he was the owner, made us feel so welcome. The ramen was great and so was the Thai food. Highly recommend. Much aloha to the staff there. The flower girls!“
“My fav thai spot in the area! It’s no frills, delicious and authentic. Lunch special are great too! Love the iced coffee, lad na, basil eggplant with ground pork, catfish pad phet, and so much more. Yum!Kid-friendliness: Custom made a small chicken noodle soup for my guy.“
“This might be our go to now for seolluntang and galbitang! The flavors are light and you can season to taste with the salt on the table. The seolluntang was delightful, perfectly balanced and flavorful. It’s pretty big inside, at least much bigger than it looks on the outside. I would guess there are maybe 10 tables? We came around 11:10 and were the only people inside, but within 30 min the restaurant started to fill up! I can see parking getting tight though there’s parking around the back too where the laundromat is. If you ever get desperate, you can also park at the Hmart next door and walk over.Kid-friendliness: Open space insideWheelchair accessibility: The entire restaurant is flat and wheelchair can be pushed right to the table“
“Blufish is a hit in our house, the go-to for sushi. What stands out? The fish-to-rice ratio—it’s just perfect, ensuring every bite is packed with fresh, delicious fish. We’re big fans of their nigiri and usually pick a roll or two to complete the meal. A must-try is the house salad with extra ginger sauce, big enough to share and a real standout. For two people, ordering nigiri, a roll, and the salad, the cost comes around thirty-five dollars per person, without drinks. This place is a gem for sushi lovers.“
“Manooben is a gem of a Japanese spot, with its cozy house-like ambiance and welcoming atmosphere. I indulged in their scrumptious udon, which was delightfully light and not too overpowering, along with their crispy tempura. The experience was made even better by the kind and attentive service from the lady who took care of me. Highly recommend this place for a solo dining experience that feels like home.“
“We had the chicken Tom Yum soup. It was pretty tasty. I've only enjoyed 2 places and this is one of them. The other was Thai Room but they're closed now. I had the basil fried rice. It was ok. I'd try something else next time. The fried icecream is pretty good“
“Great little Thai food restaurant. The service was very good; everyone was helpful and accommodating. However, the food was the star of the evening!! I highly recommend that you eat here when you want Thai food for your next meal.Parking: Drive slow in front to find the right driveway. Parking is in the back and very tight.“
“This is the best Noodles & Company I have been to because of the service! The staff is incredibly friendly and warm, especially Zach. It seems like he has regulars that he knows on a personal basis. I briefly interacted with Ron as well and he was also very nice.“
“I love PNS! I've been coming to this location for years and it always hits the spot. I am a big fan of the Vegetarian Bowl with tofu - it's light and healthy but delicious. I've also tried a few appetizers and I've enjoyed everything. I usually call in my orders and they're quick to fulfill and orders are easy to pick up. I hope this store never closes in Northfield!“
“I had a great time last week visiting noodles and company. Faith was my server and she not only was kind and patient, but she helped me choose the BEST meal I’ve ever gotten in my life, Wisconsin mac n cheese with chicken Parmesan. My favorite meal to this day thanks to her.“
