“We stopped in to listen to L & M EXPERIENCE. Have never been to this place. The bartender la were fantastic and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised how affordable their drinks were. I had to ask her was she sure of the cost before I paid her.
We will be back. They have a great pool room and their slot machines are in a separate room set up very nicely. My husband ordered a. Diet coke and he pulled his money out and they said Pop is free. That was also surprising.“

“Great spot, friendly staff and makes great food and a lot of it for $20. Get the 2 mediums with Sausage add extra sauce pan crust, Beer Nuggets, Cinnastix with a 2-liter enough for a family of 4 with leftovers... delicious!!!“

“We had a wonderful experience at RJ’s on the Lake! The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. Our food was delicious, fresh, and clearly made with care. You can tell they take pride in both the kitchen and the customer experience. It’s a great spot to relax, enjoy a good meal, and feel right at home by the water. Highly recommend!“

“Hidden in plain sight in Lake Villa, this Italian restaurant is the kind of unassuming neighborhood gem critics quietly root for. It isn’t flashy, it isn’t loud, and it doesn’t pretend to be anything other than what it is: a place that consistently serves excellent food at fair prices. In the Lakes region—where Italian options can feel uneven—this spot rises confidently to the top. On my most recent visit, I was seated immediately at a corner table, a small but meaningful luxury in an age of hour-long waits. The dining room, typically hushed enough for actual conversation, again delivered one of its underrated pleasures: a peaceful meal without the intrusive din that plagues so many suburban restaurants. Service followed suit—friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, never hovering or rushing. The kitchen remains the star. My spaghetti with vodka sauce was outstanding—rich, balanced, and among the best renditions I’ve had anywhere in the region. Other entrées at the table echoed the same strengths: sauces with clarity and depth, pastas cooked with confident restraint, portions generous without tipping into excess. Cocktails, too, arrived promptly and properly mixed, further reinforcing the sense of a kitchen-and-bar team that takes pride in their craft. If there is a shortfall, it lies in the ambiance. The room carries a certain charm, but the décor feels a step behind the quality of the food. A refresh of tables, finishes, and overall presentation would elevate the experience from very good to genuinely special. The warmth is there—the aesthetics simply haven’t caught up yet. Even so, the value proposition is undeniable. For reliably excellent Italian cuisine, low noise, easy seating, earnest service, and honest pricing, this restaurant more than earns its “highly recommended” status. It is, in every meaningful way, Lake Villa’s little culinary treasure.“

“We went there for the first time over the weekend. Everything was delicious and everyone was so nice! We’ll be back.“

“I had a wonderful experience ordering from this pizza place! 🍕😊 The person who answered the phone was incredibly friendly, patient, and took the time to make sure my order was exactly right. He even let me know ahead of time that delivery might take a little longer, which I really appreciated. 👍 When I called back to add a few more items, he updated my order without any hassle and remained just as kind and professional. ❤️ Our food arrived hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious! The pizza was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and worth the wait. Excellent customer service combined with great food makes this a place I'll definitely order from again. Highly recommended! 👏✨“

“We live Fanella’s & Janice is a rock star! We had a group of 13 people with a full house tonight & Janice handle all of us. She was amazing & we wanted to give her props for doing such a GREAT job!“

“My favorite pizza in the area! Gluten-free friendly, amazing food and even better service. I had a large pickup order today for myself and my family and when I arrived the kitchen manager came out to describe that they had to restart one of the pizzas, offering to let me go now with the rest of my order - plus the messup free for extra snackage - and that he would come deliver the remake himself in a bit so I didn’t have to wait. The entire staff was so friendly, kind and accommodating during the pickup and communication process. If you haven’t had Kaisers, what’re ya doin??“

“Absolutely the best pan pizza in Lake County, and the two slice lunch special is an absolute steal!! Get there early for a slice of breakfast pizza if you can.“

“We hosted an end of the season tackle football banquet for 50 people in the party room at JJ Twig’s in Wauconda tonight. Tiffany was a dream to work with — super responsive, accommodating, and had great insight into just how much food to order. The party room was the perfect private venue that allowed our rambunctious group of 10 year old boys some space to roam without disturbing other diners. Food was good — we ordered pizzas, baked mostaccioli, meatballs, chicken tenders and salad. Compared to other local venues we considered, JJ Twig’s is a real value. Along with the good food and great service, JJ Twig’s is the full package!“

“We order from here 1-3 times a week for lunch at my shop and dinner at home. The food is always fantastic, delivery is fast and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We've also gotten catering before too and that service was fantastic. Night driver Scott is awesome too!“

“Amazing food and great service! One of the faves in lake county! Highly recommend! A+!!!!!“

“delicious food, friendly staff, cute environment“

“Pizza is amazing here! I just had an issue with Door dash and had to call in. You can hear they are obviously gearing up for lunch and just opened but the lady took the time to make sure the order was perfect. Didn’t rush nobody and turned an issue into a positive. The staff is always awesome here. Great pizza and people“

“If you’re looking for a fantastic place with great value and delicious food, you’ve come to the right spot! MOD has amazing salads and perfect pizzas, plus endless toppings without any extra charge. Kids under 12 can enjoy free meals on Sundays. The Mod Squad is friendly, helpful, and always puts the customer first. The restaurant is well-managed, and the food is fresh and delicious.“

“Italian beef sandwiches and fries to die for.“

“The app said it was going to take 1hr 35 minutes for delivery but the pizza was delivered within 35 minutes and it was amazing as always!!! When I got the text my driver was on the way my family beyond happy they didn’t have to wait any longer.“

“I want to thank the man with glasses at the counter for his kindness and generosity I appreciate it very much great personality and selfless! Thank you again 🥗💙🙋🏻‍♂️

Idk if you(of anyone else taking this)have faith in the 1 true God but if you don't please seek Him out today while you can, call out to Jesus Christ and you WILL be saved! ✝️=💙🙋🏻‍♂️“

“We held a family funeral lunch at Lino’s. The staff was welcoming, attentive and very friendly as they took care of our party, which filled their banquet room. We had a couple of chicken dishes, a couple of vegetable dishes, a garden salad, potatoes, and cannoli for dessert. Our guests raved about the food, which was delicious and hot! We could not be more enthusiastic in our recommendation of Lino‘s!“

“The young lady at the cash register Jarely is a fantastic customer service person. She is always so friendly on the phone taking your order and then very friendly and attentive when you arrive to pick up your pizza. We go to this ROSATI location all the time and she has always been very friendly and receptive.“

“Loved Rachael , great service with an enthusiastic attitude . Hope we get her next time. Pizza deal on Monday great deal wings sauce was a bit sweet but we'll try traditional buffalo hot sauce next time. Fast drink service by Rachael.“

“Great bar to watch sports and drink in doors and out. The food is excellent as well. We love to go here for breakfast on the weekends. The skillets are awesome. Lots of toast options! The service is fast and very friendly. The breakfast prices are really good deals as well. We always have good food and a great time here.“

“I had the California burger and it was literally the best burger I ever had. 10 out of 19,would eat here again.“

“Something new in the Mall food court! Staff is so friendly and talkative, love them! They have truly great selection of unordinary pizzas. You have to try ordering from the menu! Ready slices are good, but freshly made mouthwatering pizza is so much better. I tried pear pizza, was very impressive, chef's creation, but my best favorite is vegetarian pizza. Will be back soon. 👌“

“Honestly, if you get the Mod salad or the Mod pizza it's so worth it. I have never tried other recipes from the restaurant. Other than the ones I make myself, but you got a pretty good variety of ingredients. And honestly, if you want a good salad, go there, they have plenty of dressings. They have a lot of ingredients to add to your salad. They have different toppings to add to it, the pizzas, their oven baked, and then you can also add any ingredients that you want to add to it. And yes, there is pineapple😛😛😛“

“This is a solid pizza joint. I’ve ordered delivery 4-5 times. Good ingredients, speedy delivery and consistent results. Plus the delivery guy is a nice guy and seems genuinely proud of the pizza. I compare it to to Rosatis, but I like this better, and that’s with zero shade. In conclusion… if Jimanos is in your neighborhood hood, you should give it a chance. Ps the BLT Pizza was awesome. I feel like I invented it in 2002… But immediately thought it was better than the one I made. Only complaint… Too much bacon. But then I say that out loud and it sounds stupid. You can’t complain about too much bacon. That’s dumb. Everything that was supposed to be crisp was crisp and everything that was supposed to be hot was hot. Almost like a McDLT…“

“Mom and pop joint with friendly workers/owners. Had the chicken Gyro and fries. The pita can easily rival any top Mediterranean chains. The chicken was soft and the fillings were very fresh. Fries were hot and everything felt like it was prepared fresh in a very short time.
Hands down one of the best gyros I've had in a while.“

“Everything we have tried has been delicious!!“

“fabis' is fabulous, you have to try the pizza. The strawberry salad is my favorite!🍓“

“This was our first time ordering from here and it WON’T BE OUR LAST! 😍 What a delicious pizza, with cheese and toppings rolled into the crust! It was like a double decker meets thin crust! The fries were perfectly crisp yet soft. My order was ready on time and the owner even held the door for me on the way out. Service like that is a rarity. A true gem in Antioch 😌“

“Pizza was fantastic!!! We will be ordering again!!!“

“Hi, ordered for my team at work. The manager was very nice, pleasant to talk with, and handled my order well. Provided plates and utensils, forks and serving. I provided him with a headcount and he put together a complete meal for the team at a very reasonable price. If looking to feed your team, check out their catering menu or give them a call. Will definitely be ordering from them again.“

“Very clean and kids love it. We will definitely be back.“

“prices very reasonable, friendly staff. attentive service.“

“Stumbled onto this place on a Friday night just looking to stop and have a drink and a bite of food with a friend. The place is clean and cute inside and out and the staff were very friendly as well as the patrons. We ate at the bar but there are regular dining tables if you don’t like high barstools (which I don’t). The broasted chicken and potatoes are outstanding! Everything that came out of the kitchen looked and smelled absolutely delicious. Very cool neighborhood bar & grill. Will definitely be back.“

“Great Customer service and Quick deliver! Pizza was really good as well!“

“They just completed my mom's after funeral party.. the food was fantastic, the service was fantastic.. They knocked it out of the park... We saw the message on the Electronic sign... that was great... THANK YOU !!!!“

“I almost always get the vegetarian with sausage. It's GREAT!! The ratio of vegetables to sausage is perfect. I found Jimano's after the last place I used to regular changed their sausage supplier. Doing so ruined the whole pizza. Now I'm staying with Jimano's, (until they mess with perfection).“

“This is our family's favorite restaurant for birthdays, anniversaries, dinners with large groups...At this point we've been here probably 10 times and never once have we had a bad experience. Every server goes above and beyond to ensure that you have a WOW experience. The food and drinks are amazing every time. Last night we decided to try somewhere new since we just ate at Primo the previous weekend. The prices were the same yet the service and food did not compare. From now on we'll stick with here, where we know we'll have an amazing experience.“

“Good food, good service, cool place to hang if you're not gaming“

“Im not sure if its your location but the food always taste diffrent the canolli (which i order alot) never taste the same but when its made right unbeatable. the lemon, cinnamon the whole package its great but then sometimes I get it and there just ok. But yea a rant about canolli. Still will order tho
Chicken parm good just not enough sauce“

“Bill's is a unique pizza place! They serve peanuts in the shell, and you throw the shells on the floor! Kids love this. The inside is like a hunting cabin with fish and animal hides hung. I had meatball sandwich, excellent. We had a party of 20 and reserved the back room. The waitress was overwhelmed and a tad cranky. But, definitely had her hands full. If you want a fun, themed place to take the family, I definitely recommend! There's an arcade for the kids and bar\\gambling for the adults!“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Survival Rate: 0% Tried the Shark Bait and lost all self-control. I blacked out somewhere between the crust and the toppings, woke up surrounded by empty napkins, and a deep respect for apex predators. This low key had me humming “baby shark” afterwards.“

“Stopped in for Taco Tuesday and it did not disappoint. Huge tacos with nice spicy ground beef. Was really sorry to hear husband George was killed in a car accident 4 months ago. Support This Local Business!“

“The food is divine! And the customers and staff are all super friendly and welcoming!! Love this place ❤️“

“love there pizza and you cant get unlimited toppings“

“Excellent pizza! Excellent Sea Bass! Great value! Personable server!“

“Very poor service. They forgot our order and we waited for almost 2 hours. Eventually canceled our food. They did give us a round of drinks but disappointed. It says I recommend but it should say do not!“
