“Sorry to say that I was disappointed. The gyros were good but the patty melt was horrible. The hamburger tasted frozen, dried and tasteless. Fries were good as well. The other disappointment was they forgot my grandsons Hotdog, which was at the top of the receipt. I will probably try again since I paid for hotdog and will have to go back“

Mickey's is for the people!“

“I have been coming to Teddy's in Darien for years. The food is great, I always get the beef combo and my wife the pretzel burger. Our favorites for sure. Once in a while, we change it up and get the grilled chicken club sandwich very good with there chicago style hotdogs.“

“First time trying this place yesterday. It was excellent! I ordered a gyros dinner to go, and an order or fried mushrooms. The dinner came with a Greek salad, which was delicious. The gyro dinner had an abundance of meat and quite a bit of fries, with tomatoes and red onion. It was outstanding! The sauce for the gyro is made in-house and is very good! I did order and extra pita (the dinner comes with 1) and I'm glad I did, because there was just way too much meat for 1 pita! Overall, it was great! The staff, I think it was the owner, was very friendly and nice. I'll definitely be back!“

“They are fast and friendly with a large selection, from hamburgers & hot dogs to wings to pizza puffs and gyros. They are pretty reasonably priced for the amount of food you get. There are a few seats if you want to dine in at the even though the place is rather narrow. I have been going to Tommy's (Crystal Lake, they have several locations) for years and never disappointed. They even have "daily specials" to help save money, which is always a plus ( I like the two hot dogs, fries and drink special) it fills you up. Highly recommend this eatery.

But I highly recommend instead of going to spend your money at some fast food chain, pay the extra $1 or $2 to come here. The burger was amazing for such a small non franchised fast food restaurant. The burger tasted real first of all, and the jalapeños were really good. The buns were toasted to perfection with a bit of a crust, and the fries.. just wow. They have good texture and they taste really good. Not too salty but not too unsalted. People really need to come here more and support this small business because they are genuinely missing out on a nice date spot or just a Friday night burger joint. They have everything from burgers to Italian beef as well as gyros. They make their fries from scratch and I recommend you get cheese on the side.

The service is friendly, all the workers there are working hard to make sure everyone is happy.
