Food is great service ok. This is the second time I have tried to east at the restaurant the music is so loud you can't even hear yourself think....I felt like I was head banging in a Spencer's.
My order has been wrong the last 3 times. The order taker doesn’t listen to what you order. Called manager to complain and it was an employee that I fired a month before because he couldn’t follow instructions. Complained to corporate and they were suppose to call me. Instead they gave me a free sandwich. Jimmy John’s lost a customer.
Terrible service, sandwich was slapped together with half the ingredients, the wrap had no sauce. Tried to give me half my order then had to make the other sandwich they completely forgot about. Extremely disappointed in the service and food used to be much better.
