“I just hosted my babyshower this past Sunday and everything turned out great! We used their in-house catering, Doing Thyme Catering, and the food was very good. There were so many compliments about the food, especially the fried chicken. The staff was also very nice. I will definitely recommend KOC time and time again if anyone is looking to host an event.“
“Quick review: The portion is slightly larger than the lechon here in California. The price is reasonable. Great taste and seasoning especially the lemon grass used for flavoring. The skin was really crispy and crunchy. The meat itself is not dry and bland unlike other lechon I have tasted. I served with my military friends and they all loved it. I guess the only downside to my review is my location. My buddy had to bring this to me to the west coast all the way from the midwest. But I definitely recommend this food for all of you avid foodies and lechon lovers.“

“We ordered dishes for Thanksgiving and they were nothing short of amazing! I was delighted to serve my guests the Msakhan. baked spinach pies and fried cheese pies as appetizers. For the main course Shaima prepared a delicious turkey with mashed potatoes and mixed grill, which was an absolute delight! The desserts were also incredible, with just the right amount of sweetness. Shaima is an extremely talented gourmet cook and I would highly recommend using Alrayes catering for your next event!
Vegetarian options: My husband is an Indian vegetarian and there were many manu options for him“

The last month I have had the privilege and pleasure of working with her to cater and plan my wedding day! There are no words. She is truly the best in the business. I am in awe with her and her team. From the delicious Hors d'oeuvre, to the dinner and dessert, to the great serving and bar tenting and the most beautiful atmosphere she created it was incredible. She turned our last minute backyard wedding into a fairy tale. On top of it all she poured her heart and dedication into my event and made it what it was. “Just tried the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and corn. Haven't had it in a long time and boy was I pleasantly surprised. Very very yummy. And thank God the mashed potatoes were made from real potatoes. Definitely tasted home made. Prices are very good as well. I'll try few more dished in the coming weeks but right now 5 stars.“

“Food is delicious as always, my only comment because it’s not a complaint is I believe the biscuit/bread given with meal has changed, it used to be more like a buttery biscuit or kind of a cornbread and it was so delicious.. and now its a dry biscuit. Really with no flavor. I used to enjoy the biscuit and now I throw it away, which is a shame. I wish you would go back to how it was made before and if that can be done, I’ll give five stars next time.“
