One worker in particular, was making the pretzels directly in front of the customers and was making all the children laugh and giggle. “Great place to get all your yummy cakes, cookies, pastries and focaccia. Love going to the bakery on the weekend to get what I need for the week. Weekend girls are great, friendly and polite. They always keep the place clean and organized and stocked. Fanni ,#1, is the best! Anytime I go in there by myself or with my family, she always has a smile on her face. I love how she greets her customers and knows them by their first name. Make sure you go in and try all their goodies. Just a reminder, they only take cash.“

“I was waiting for my cookies when I observed a worker who was rolling dough. She stepped away from the dough table, and went on her personal phone, then immediately went back to touching the dough. Wearing the same pair of gloves the entire time. I made a comment that she should probably switch gloves if she is going to touch her personal phone and then peoples food. Just wanted to be sure it doesn’t happen again. That’s gross.“

“Incredible breakfasts with lots of food. The bacon avocado omlet was filled with fresh avocado and served with a large side of hash browns and a delicious larger biscuit. Very good coffee. Our waitress was lackluster. She never recommended anything, asked whether we had ever been there nor asked us how our food was. She also never asked whether we needed anything after receiving our entrees and it was very difficult to get a second cup of coffee. We had to wait a long time for it. She looked surprised when I politely pointed out my hash browns were not served with the rest of our food. Luckily I received them. Realized we needed more napkins after she left, but she never came back. Would have loved jam for the biscuit like in the picture and a third cup of coffee. I would have also ordered beignets to take home. In spite of the service, I would love to come back. Hopefully will have a different server. I wasn’t aware of all the different coffee drinks and would have loved recommendations. I realize the work is hard as I did it myself years ago, but such good food deserves a better server to showcase it.“

“This is the 2nd year I've placed a delivery order with NBC for my daughter at Wheaton Univ. to share with her friends. The mini bundts were extremely well-liked. I considered going elsewhere, this year, but nobody else could do a last min. order. So, I went with NBC, again. I felt guilty looking elsewhere! The owners are so nice and accommodating. The flavors are so amazing! And, once again, my daughter is the most popular girl in her friend group for, at least, a day thanks to NBC!“

Sure, but you’re guaranteed your value if you order their chicken Parmesan style sandwhich. The Coppola. They filled this thing with a solid amount of chicken filets and it was delicious. I eat a lot and was only able to down half of it. Saved the rest for later so it provided me 2 meals. I think it’s a little silly that it’s one of the cheaper sandwiches considering it’s bigger. The only negative to my experience here was the fact that this is being ran out of the side of Il Poggiolos bar. The entrance door looks legitimate but once u enter it’s very tight and uncomfortable especially when Poggiolo is packed. Other than that I definitely recommend checking this place out!“

“Our family absolutely loves Bb's donuts! We do miss being able to go inside the donut shop. So many wonderful memories taking our little girl there to eat donuts and read a book or two. We have a little boy with Autism and it's not safe for him to sit in front by the busy street because he runs. After he passed away last summer, my sister and I decided to keep the tradition going and surprise them. They both had flavor preferences and I was unable to remember them. I emailed them to see if they’d be able to look up his past orders. I received a response the next morning from Jeannie and she was able to find the past orders and told me the flavors he usually order them. She remembered my grandpa and had planned on calling to check-in with him, since she was expecting his order this year. The shipping was fast and the cookies arrived on the day I requested, they were also able to accommodate to their flavor preferences. “Absolutely delicious! 😋 I’ve used this bakery for several events with people that need allergy accommodations but as someone who doesn’t and can eat everything this bakery is delicious and even better than some that use allergen ingredients. Their vegan chocolate cupcake is so moist and the chocolate flavor is so rich. Another fan favorite of mine is the cookie sandwiches. We have tried a lot of things and we have never been disappointed!“
