“I live in Roscoe and I chose to drive to this location rather than my local Starbucks. I order online through the application and my order is always ready for me. This location gets very busy and even when you can see the employees are visibly overworked they are still polite and fix any mistake made.

Very polite and thankful when I left a tip for him to put in his tip jar. He was prompt at the window and very polite. Cares about his job. “It's alright, pretty fast pace. The Chicken Big Mac is so nasty though, I love their pies and ice cream, and steak bagel. I mean it's a quick place to eat if you're being cheap. But it depends on what you get now because everything is becoming more pricey.“

She has very poor vision so it means so much to me that they did that. They walk around and chat with all the patrons. The BEST customer service we’ve ever had. And the coffee was amazing as always.“
