“I live in Roscoe and I chose to drive to this location rather than my local Starbucks. I order online through the application and my order is always ready for me. This location gets very busy and even when you can see the employees are visibly overworked they are still polite and fix any mistake made.

Parking: A number of businesses are next to Starbucks so parking fills up quickly.“

“Hadn't been to Dunkin in a long time. Had gotten a gift card and treated myself. Dec 4th I drove through drive through and had a very pleasant young man named Tristyn help me with my transaction. Very polite and thankful when I left a tip for him to put in his tip jar. He was prompt at the window and very polite. Cares about his job. Please recognize this young man for being an exemplary employee. Thanks“

“It's alright, pretty fast pace. The Chicken Big Mac is so nasty though, I love their pies and ice cream, and steak bagel. I mean it's a quick place to eat if you're being cheap. But it depends on what you get now because everything is becoming more pricey.“

“Great new sandwich menu and delicious drinks, but four out of the last five times I made the walk over to the ERC in the past month for refreshments, they’ve been closed. I’ve come at 9:30, 12:25, 1:30, and 1:55 all on different days they were supposed to be open at those times. The lack of schedule consistency is frustrating, especially when I’m craving something I know will be delicious. Highly recommend if you can catch them when they are open. Maybe just really bad timing on my part.“

“If you’re looking to order your coffee without any interaction of people this is your place! At first I was a little put off by it but then you get to see what all the options are and decide at your own pace at the kiosk, vs the quick split second decisions.

But, I will say, that the coffee we had was absolutely delicious, and I had the Better than anything as a shake and ooof is it amazing!!!
Also I just love how they package them, you can grab coffee or drinks to go and not have to worry about it spilling, what a concept!“
