“I stop here often for a Coke mostly and I’ve never really had a mess up on food, actually they’re pretty spot on however usually in the evening when I stop the young kids don’t ever say hi thank you nothing they just had me my Coke and close the window which pisses me off BUT TODAY! 10/1 about 5:20pm Lamiyah opened the window with a smile and said hi how are you? And said have a great night! I thanked her for saying something, she has a beautiful smile and her personality is so sweet! Lamiyah keep up the good work you’ll do big things in life honey!“

“Amazing workers! All nice, make the food quickly. The only problem is the owner while working with the employees, always bossing them around to do stuff. Takes them longer when the owner is there because they have to do other smaller things.“

“We ate inside. Our cashier was knowledgeable and polite. The dining room was clean and well maintained. Our food came out quickly and was delicious. We liked it so much, we ordered food to go. A different cashier took that order and went above and beyond. We will definitely be back.“

“Not nearly as great as everyone said it'd be. However, it was still very good. Especially for as cheap at it is nowadays. The sliders are definitely the best thing they have. The atmosphere was quite. But extremely quiet. Talking with my friends in the lobby seemed too loud. Other than that, they had very good customer service. We all had really hot and fresh food. It was delivered to us by Ava who also bussed our table twice. She was so friendly and helpful.

“This is the first time going to Potbelly and I loved it. When you walked, you were hit with the most delicious aroma that made you hungry even if you weren't. The food was really good.

“Delicious food, made to order, always piping hot! Restaurant is very clean, freshly painted, and always simply decorated for each holiday. Staff is polite, knowledgable, and will explain an unfamiliar menu item to you. I have something different each time we visit, never disappointed. My husband is not as experimental as I am...he sticks to his tried and true favorites... tacos or a quesadilla. Pickled carrots and peppers are good too!“

“I cannot begin to tell you how honored I was to be treated like a king by one of the workers. Can't fully remember the guy fully but I think his name was Najeh or something like that. He called me boss after everything and greatly respected me during my order. I was previously having a very bad day after long drives and Lincoln way centrals graduation being very cold. But he treated me like a king with great service. I only got my usual which is a Caramel frappe but I believe anything would've been good from this man. Will recommend to everyone I know.“

“There is always a wait. However, I don't mind that because the food is cooked fresh. I am noticing the cook is frying the seafood and chicken too long, causing it to be too hard, tough texture and dried out. The wings and shrimp are not that big. Cook needs to learn how to adjust cooking times accordingly.“

“McDonald’s Restaurants have sure changed since I was little and this one is soo chill. It is the classiest in this part of the Chicago Southland in my opinion. Don’t be surprised if you tend to run into some white collar professionals at this one. And it’s a great McDonald’s to see every generation hangout—sweet senior citizens handing out & grandparents taking their grandkids for lunch. Kind crew, clean & modern interior, and well organized too. I like how there isn’t a drink station, and that you need to get napkins & other utensils directly from the front counter. It makes sense when you think about it: less messes, less waste, more seating space & less stress for us parents. ☺️“

My only critique is it can be difficult to get special request followed through. Make sure that you check your food if you have any special requests.“

“Had to go thru the drive up as the inside service just closed when we got there. The chicken was pretty good considering we were there at 9:00 pm and I'm sure we got some of the last pieces that were being kept warm. If they didn't have their special going, 10 pieces or tenders with 4 biscuits for $20, it would have cost a lot more. Sides are priced too high for a little mashed and beans & rice. Anyway we were starving and it was hot and tasty so we enjoyed it. When is inflation going to come down in restaurants? Things are way too expensive compared to 5 years ago.?“
