“From day one when my son and I walked into OPP, we admittedly felt the comfort hospitality presence from the staff. Facility is clean, the staff is always welcoming and management works as they are working as a staff member under management and it is always like that when my son and I visit OPP. The food is always delicious. One of the few things that I’ve noticed is that if any of the employees , from management to a staff worker is experiencing personal crises or problems in their personal life…… THEY NEVER SHOW IT….. TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES.

“Everything is great here, but I have one issue. Can you please refinish the seats of your chairs. Either they’re sticky from not being cleaned properly or it’s the finish itself that is deteriorating and is somehow becoming sticky. The other day when I was leaving, the fabric of my shorts stuck to the chair as if it was Velcro. It just gave me this like gross feeling as if it has never been cleaned. I’m trying to give the benefit of the doubt and bring it to your attention so you can address the situation.“

So garlicy in the outside and gooey cheese on the inside. The staff is so friendly, the food is so delicious. Highly recommend trying to get a booth if you can! It's a whole different experience eating in their booth(although the table doesn't change the yummy food).“

“I absolutely love this pizza.This place is near my job in Joliet and they are always ordering from here, and I get so excited when they do!I love Chicago pizza but admittedly love NYC pizza too and this pizza makes me feel like it is a perfect blend of both!I've only had the thin crust here with sausage, pepperoni, vegetables etc. on various pizzas but the sauce is better than Aurelio's in my opinion and I love the seasoning that you can smell before you taste it, as well as the crispy crust.“

“I had to give a review on this store. THIS BEGGARS PIZZA IS AMAZING !!!!. I am a senior living on a fixed income. My treat to myself is ordering a pizza from the BEGGARS in Cresthill, Illinois. I always order the same, family size, sausage, mushroom and green pepper. So I ordered this past Saturday my usual. It cost me close to $40.00 with tip and delivery. When my pizza arrived it was not my order but instead a family size plain cheese. I called them back and explained the situation. The guy I spoke to was Sean , I think. He was so sweet and professional, explaining about how they were uploading a new website and there must have been a glitch. They made me a new pizza of my choice and told me to keep the one they had delivered. If you have ever had BEGGARS Pizza you know how thick with toppings they are. I always order a family so I will have plenty to freeze to enjoy at another time. Usually for 4-5 extra meals. I now have enough for 10-12 meals with 2 family size. And they reheat in the air fryer or oven to perfection. I love BEGGARS PIZZA. Thank you for making this old lady very happy.“

“I went out of my comfort zone and changed the routine order up and decided to go with the chicken Philly sandwich for the first time and OMG!!!! Sooooo good! The chicken was so yummy with the cheese, onions and peppers. My husband had the Italian beef with sausage and he loved it. We must pause for a minute to give thanks for the gelato because it’s heaven. Soooo many options to choose from. I had the apple pie gelato and hubby had the cheesecake gelato. I’m obsessed!!!! Hang up. I call back again. A girl answers and again I state that I want a pizza for delivery. Response: We aren't taking any more orders. I say OK thanks fr letting me know, and this is a better response than the guy hanging up on me. At this point she says nothing and just hangs up. That is a bs response and way to deal with cuatomers. I used to deliver for Gino's East back in the day and you make your bones on New Year's because everyone is drunk and hungry and you make great tips. Crap service from ordinarily a good place. Managers need to take charge.“
