“I went here Sunday for lunch. The food and service was excellent. I had the steak and chorizo taco with rice and beans. Both tacos were filled with meat. Super good and filling. I highly recommend the apple pie. I got the dessert to go and it did not disappoint. It was the best apple pie I have ever had.“

“Unbelievably good. The desserts are what they're known for; they used to have knockoff chipotle hot food but recently they changed the menu and everything is AMAZING. Very well made and a very creative menu. Whenever i go in it's not crowded, and it should be. Best mexican food in tinley, and nobody has ice cream and so many different other treats to go with the hot menu.“

“It is heartwarming to see a family working hard and earning a living. It is take out only. We had the steak burrito and it was tasty and the meat was in generous portions and it was nice and hot on a cold rainy day. The prices are the best.$9.55 for a steak burrito is unbeatable. I highly recommend this place. Honest and hardworking folk.“

“We ordered from the Mama Maria’s catering menu for a small gathering of 10-12 ppl we were having. EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! The gentleman who took my original inquiry was pleasant, helpful and explained everything in detail. The night of the order we were running behind schedule and I called to the restaurant to make the change with no problem. When I arrived to pick up the order they were so helpful and even carried the order out to my car without hesitation. The food was amazing! All my guests loved it and it was a big hit of the weekend. “I LOVE the jerk chicken tacos, they are so FYE!!!! Whoever would”ve thought or known that a Mexican/Latino place can make jerk chicken tacos BETTER than these African places and I STAND on that! I don’t even get any sauce because it’s not needed. Im hooked to the point I haven’t even tried anything else on the menu besides the Mexican corn and it’s fye too! Eventually I will try other menu items but right now I just can’t get pass them JERK CHICKEN TACOS that I eat at least 3 times a week. They NEVER disappoint!“
