“In town for a wedding and had no idea where to grab lunch. I'm sick of McDonald's, Arby's, Taco Bell and all of the other big chains. I saw a line of cars at this place and gave it a try... and I'm glad I did!!! Great burger. I got a double cheeseburger and added mayo and lettuce. It was perfect. I wish this Mc was a big chain that I could find elsewhere.“

“I am wanting to write in giving a shout out of awesome customer service to the drive thru and front counter workers on this evenings visit. Larissa, Laura, Gabby, and the young man working with them made an inconvenient corporate policy with online ordering a pleasant experience. It is so nice to see great customer service still exists in a workforce that definitely lacks in that dept.“

“It's a fast food joint. Clean, good service. Fry's are very thin but tasty. The frys being so thin make them a bit difficult to eat.I very much like the taste of the burgers, just a little too salty formy palate. Everyone else that ate with us thought it wasn't overly salty. So I think it was just me.
Wheelchair accessibility: I'm handicapped, very accessible. Enough parking.“

“My fiance and I went into taco bell tonight and ordered around $40 worth of food for ourselves and the kids. I am an AGM in the food industry and take my job seriously, so I respect when others do so as well. Tonight was overall an amazing experience! They were very polite, patient, and very fast service. Doing all this while a young man was training a fellow member on the register. Plus the food was amazing!! Well done taco bell, definitely stepping up your game!“

“Quality of food is still good if you can get it. Kiosks ordering sucks! To go order took 30 minutes of standing at counter waiting. Not a good decision to switch from the waitress format!“

“Food quality was an improvement compared to Houston. However, I could still tell they used a different vendor for their patties than I'm used to in Illinois. I forgot to order bacon to see if they elected to go with a smithfield product, "proffered."Customer service was on point, I could tell the cashiers really enjoyed their blizards. I appreciated how they went above and beyond to help me choose. More so than what I've experienced else where, the usual blank stare like they've never eaten at DQ before.“

“Amazing service. We love to go in to sit and relax. The place is always clean and food has always been fresh. If we have to wait for a couple minutes because they cook it fresh to order, I definitely think it's worth it. Also, the staff has always been friendly and helpful when my kids ask questions.“

“My wife picked up our food in the drive-thru, which took forever, even though they were not busy almost making her late to meet her son for lunch at school. Once she got to the school, we realized that they had completely made my sandwich wrong. Unfortunately, I did not have time to go back and fix it. So this is not our first bad experience here, which is unfortunate because a year ago, it was a great place. I'm not sure what changed.“

“All around good place to eat. All it needs is coke in bottles and your in a burger joint from 1952. Food is fresh and tastes great!“
