“My wife picked up our food in the drive-thru, which took forever, even though they were not busy almost making her late to meet her son for lunch at school. Once she got to the school, we realized that they had completely made my sandwich wrong. Unfortunately, I did not have time to go back and fix it. So this is not our first bad experience here, which is unfortunate because a year ago, it was a great place. I'm not sure what changed.“

“Traveling from Indiana to Texas our youth group wanted Subway. Brought in 15 people and KUDOS TO JILLIAN! She was calm, respectful, diligent, and took care of us all by herself with no mistakes. You have an amazing employee there and should provide her with something to help with the flying insects. At no fault of hers, the flies/gnats were a little annoying.
