“I work in Paducah and my employees and I used to travel to Metropolis often to eat Sissy’s. I have been trying to get Josh and Alex to move to Paducah for a year and a half and thank the heavens they finally opened one up here. I visited today and got my favorite Cowboy panini and jalapeño popper pasta. It’s definitely just as good here as in Metropolis. If you haven’t ever tried this place you definitely should!! Either location is a must try!!”

“Ok, i didnt actually have the food BUT this place is cool. Great atmosphere and jukebox, the owner is a big Cubs fan and how can you like baseball and not like the Cubs? And i spoke to a man there who had the most interesting dichotomy of jobs ever…like polar opposite jobs. Prison guard/maintenance and he also raises and sells goats. And he was really awesome to tslk to. I just wish he didnt have that thing that he had when he was in his 20’s so there could be more of his awesomeness out there in the world but that is life.Great bar, good prices and awesome staff and patrons. Thank you all so much!And i will tell you this much, my multi-faceted friend….even though i knew this, your advice just validated me which of course was…”Never trust a fart.” ?‍♂️?????‍♂️?”

“First we ordered there 4 dollar margaritas that were really great, ended up ordering six of them, I had the street tacos , steak, my wife had chorizo chicken with rice and beans. Very good. Very nice people there.”

“We had breakfast there today and it was some of Best Food we had. Everything was nicely cooked, soft fluffy hot cakes ,very soft and tender sausage, some very good biscuit and gravy, and to top it off some nice sweet tea. We so will be going back more often. Thank you Rubes for the amazing food!”
