We picked it up, and the bags had exactly what was in them per order. Mario went above and beyond.. our food was right and everything was perfect down to the extra pickles. My friend had the gyro plate and it too was a large portion and a decent value. Don't let some of the prices deter you, it's good food, made fresh, and the portions are big. The burger was cooked perfectly and ingredients were fresh. Their house fries were really crispy and not overly salty. Our waitress was amazing. Attentive, very friendly and also made some good recommendations on food. Do save room for dessert! Highly recommend their dessert shots. Their house made apple crisp was amazing!! Can't go wrong with vanilla ice cream and whip cream on top on an hot apple pie! A very casual place to dine in with friends and family and catch parts of the football game during the season.“

“I hadn't been here in... I'd say at least 15 years. When I was younger I used to eat here quite often and I'm glad to say that the wings hold up. I had the medium spicy wings and they were just like I remembered. Crispy and saucey. They should really give you wet-naps, your going to need a face wash when your finished. The place has barely changed physically, it's a real throwback to a simpler time. I also had some mac&cheese wedges which were great, they were a nice break from the heat of my Buffalo wings. They have outside tables so it's a great spot to eat outside when spring rolls around as well. I still recommend this joint, I'll try to make it back sooner this time.“

They also offer a pub burger, for those who don't care for the smash style. It's good, but the smash burger is better. Their fries tend to be kinda dry and flavorless, so dressing them up with carne asada or truffle oil might be a good choice. Hot dogs are the standard Chicago dog, done right, tasty but not hard to find around here. The shakes are fine, but nothing stood out to me to make them worthy of the top billing they get here. BWB also offers bowls and chicken, haven't tried them. The venue is pretty much takeout only, although there is a table on the sidewalk nearby. Service is quick and friendly. If they had better fries, they'd be rock stars, as it is, I'm happy to come here when I'm looking for a good burger.“

“No Soup for You!!!! Had dinner at Jameson's last night (3-16-2024). My spouse does not eat dairy. A soup was offered for her meal. Both choices had dairy ingredients. When asked to substitute a salad, we were informed it would cost 3.00. So, no soup for spouse, no salad for spouse. No credit on check for no soup. My wife is not the only person who does not eat dairy. Restaurant showed no flexibiity. While food and service were OK, we will not be back to Jameson's due to their policy. We had been semi-regular patrons, but, no more. The restaurant should offer a soup selection without dairy! Sorry Jameson's you've lost a customer. Your new policy of not substituting something for what a patron can not eat has turned us away.“

Client service is good never average and below, I called to make an order for a pick up and they were generous with the time saying it'll be ready in 18 minutes but by the feel of the food and how warm it was I say they only needed 10 to 12 minutes to get my order ready to go.Their Gyro isn't crispy or dry like some places, its even slightly juicy. This is the place I buy my gyros at when I get the craving, there's rarely anything better.“
