“My girl loves to visit this establishment specifically because she says that it is where they make the best drinks and she is very right, we have visited other DD establishments nearby and she always has to modify the flavor but in this establishment all the employees make the perfect flavor. By the way, all the employees at this place are very friendly.

Parking: Very wide

“It’s a lovely local coffee place. Much better than franchised coffee places. Cozy and friendly atmosphere. Very European coffee place style.
The only thing I can suggest for their service is in house mugs / cups for those who are not taking out.
I visited this place for couple of coffee cups, but noticed they have house sandwiches/snack/meals as well. Haven’t tried those.

“Unprofessional employees, very rude staff. The employee was very insulting after half way through the order the lady said "to pull around"(not asking if we would like anything else) we let her know we were not done ordering. A man claiming to be the manager after taking payment yelled at my mother "to never treat his employees that way again that she was rude". Very confused by this insult we then asked if he was the manager and he said "do you want to speak to the manager" walked away came back and said "Hi, I'm the manager" the most unprofessional interaction I've seen, we then asked his name to which he replied "none of your business" (we hear his name is Roger).. Customer service at it's finest. 🤦🏼‍♀️“

“I love this place. It is the only place I want to get Dunkin Donuts. Everywhere else is just pretending to serve coffee. Customer service is excellent. For the most part they don't have you pulling around to bring your order- because that's nonsense. For as long as they keep serving coffee and moving as fast as they do, I will be waiting in line!“

“Great family owned and operated bakery. Their pastries are right out of the oven fresh and are fantastic. Their cakes are great especially their Blue Berry Cheese Cake. OMG FANTASTIC !!! “I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“

“This location runs incredibly efficiently because of the drive-through employee named Brittany. She always gets everybody's order perfect right and she is lightning speed fast. I will only come here because of her. I met her by going through the drive-through so many times and realizing that the only time things moved, was when she was there. Make sure to thank n tip her every time for her wonderful service and hope that her employer understands how valuable she is to the team.“

“I went in here looking for the next door owner and I came out with a great experience. I bought a warm carrot muffin. It was the best muffin I've ever had and my toddler loved it too. “I’m not from this area, I actually live in NW Indiana but sometimes come out this way for work. This is by far the best DD I’ve been too, besides the location in Munster, IN. No matter how busy they are, the line always moves fast, my drinks are always made well, my food is always done fresh (I get the avocado toast) and the toast is crispy but not burnt. Anywhere else the avocado toast is usually soggy or cold. But not at this location. The employees are always so friendly and nice. Never had an issue ever. All I know is that the DD locations in NW Indiana need to take some lessons from the management/staff at the Alsip location because they’re doing something right. Wish I could get this type of service at the other locations. Good job! ?“

Parking: There are plenty of spots but if not in front of the the cafe, there is additional parking on the side of the building.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp a few doors down from the entrance of the cafe.“

As a final note, I must say that there were eight [8] employees I observed working on the morning of 7/28/24. All eight certainly appeared to be of East Indian descent. Respectively, it would be nice to see the establishment represent Richton village more since the demographic is 88% "Black" American.“

“Most** of the employees are kind, courteous and serve the customers very well. I wanted to mention what I assume is in issue, If I asked for my receipt it is not to come back an complain as I mentioned I am served well. But I have nothing to do with why other common customers come back to complain with receipts. At times I go out of my way to another Dunkin to not be questioned as to why I want my receipt. I try to be kind to the the staff as they do prepare my orders promptly.“

“Very good Dunkin. Always makes a good drink. However, the traffic that backs up onto 147th St makes this not a quick stop. I'm usually nervous to stop there on my way to work due to the traffic...but when I do go, and I'm not running late...I always get good service and good coffee.“

“Never have a problem when I visited this location during my trips to Chicago Ridge Mall. So the service is always good and fasts. Plus the DD stand itself stays pretty clean it is never REALLY messy.

“We don’t often see managers going above and beyond for customers, that is why my experience here was so positive. I live in Cleveland and placed an order here to provide coffee and donuts for a local non profit. The order was picked up the next day, but the receipt was not. I needed the receipt to submit to my company for an expense report. Alicia reprinted it, took a picture and sent it to me. I was so grateful! I did stop in the next day on my way to visit the non profit. It was a wonderful atmosphere of hard working and busy employees. It was clean and there was nice music in the background. I spent about an hour working there using their internet. It felt like home and everybody made sure I had everything I needed. Of course the coffee was delicious! It’s Dunkin! And a lot less expensive than another coffee place! I love that they offer healthy options such as turkey bacon sandwiches. Great experience and a big thank you to Alicia for helping me out over the phone with her quick thinking and solutions to my problems!“

“This is the best Dunkin I have ever been too. They get very busy but do their best possible to take care of customers promptly. My coffee is always great and made just how I order. The manager does a great job managing his staff. It is also very clean and pleasant inside“

“Food...,Donut's, were the usual mass produced no longer made onsite carbs and sugar. The donuts were much better when they were made onsite at individually owned and operated Dunkin Donuts. The donuts were borderline stale, hard, definitely NOT FRESH! The service was quick and professional, no additional personality thrown in for good measure, just the run of the mill, routine strangers interacting in a public venue. No one was rude, but there was no personality or charm involved in the interaction either. I was in and out in no time flat, but then I went inside, because the drive-thru at this location is unfathomably long on weekday mornings. Will visit again in a pinch, like getting gasoline, it's in route and I don't have to go out of my way, but I will probably skip the donuts, they were not worth the $16.00+ for a dozen rocks with frosting on top
