“I can't say enough about this restaurant, and especially the manager, Jamie. I am traveling and placed an Uber Eats order with this restaurant. After a two hour debacle with Uber Eats, which ended in the driver stealing my food, and Uber Eats canceling my order, I finally called the restaurant to find out what actually happened. That's when I first talked to Jamie. She took the time to go listen to my story, and then go through everything that happened on their end. She even tried to contact Uber Eats, to find a way to fix the situation. She called me back several times, as she promised. While she wasn't able to help me get any satisfaction out of Uber Eats, she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I wish I found more people with her work ethic and desire to help, during my travels. Thanks Jamie!“

“Great place for music on the weekends. My wife and I love coming here for wings and karaoke on thursdays! Their wings are our favorite, but their pizzas are just as good. They're also one of the few bars we've found that have a Sunday brunch buffet!“

“Normally I LOVE this place ... not tonight. 45 mins in the drive through to get a cold burger handed to me , minus my concrete. She said she would go back and get it. Waited 10 more minutes , went inside , the line is out the door . Asked for my concrete, they handed me a completely melted cup of custard .... I asked for my money back. They had plenty of help , but no organization . They were all running around doing 2 or 3 different things , not organized at all, The manger was no where to be found .. I was told she was in the bathroom. When she finally came out , she had an I do nit really care what your complaint is attitude . I got my money back and left ... normally the food is hot and fresh, it takes a bit , but I have never seen such a mess as tonight !“

“I have always found the staff here to be super friendly, some are a little more attentive than others but the service is generally good. I ordered the fish and chips. Our server stated the fish comes with fries, I wasn’t sure how to take that as I have a noticeable British accent. The fries were a little dry but the food was hot and fish was
good. The restaurant is also clean and well maintained.“

“Great dive bar with outdoor patio. Bartenders are friendly and welcoming. The burgers are to die for and they have fantastic daily specials. It's definitely a hidden gem! I hesitated writing this review because I don't want it to get to busy. 😂“

“We are full-time RVers who, while traveling around the US, are in search of the best cheeseburger and have a rating system of The Best (only 1 rated), Very Good, Good, OK, and Not Impressed. While at our home base in Southern Illinois, we were in the Columbia, IL, area and Googled “hamburger restaurants.” We saw Washy’s Pub had good burger reviews, so decided to give them a try for lunch. Washy’s has a simple bar atmosphere with about a dozen tables. We ordered their Classic burger with me having American cheese and my wife pepperjack. We also requested lettuce, pickles, and sliced onions. The handmade patties were about 10 oz (good sized), nicely seasoned, cooked to order, charbroiled, and served on a nicely-toast fresh bun. I had their skinny-style battered fries and my wife had onion rings. The burgers came out hot and were super tasty due the meat seasoning. We’re not sure what seasoning they used, but it worked! My wife’s burger was just a tiny bit better than mine due the pepperjack they use. The fries and onion rings were among the best we’ve had as well. We rated the burgers (even without a special sauce), fries, and onion rings Very Good. The service was also top notch.“

“This is a fast food chain eatery. They serve only a limited menu of Hardee's offered foods Pre-packaged and grilled. The Metro area of St Louis needs to offer more of a variety as created by the franchise chain. Other than that the service of the staff is ALWAYS on point. Courtesy is always on the menu“

“To the manager on duty at Burger King......all I can say is WOW!!! The young kids (they were WAY younger than me, so they are kids to me) constantly used manners and I am VERY impressed!!!!! “Thank you so very much for your order”, “I am so very sorry for your wait” and my husband was called “hon” a few times! (Luckily “hon” isn’t offensive to either of us, but others may not like it.)“

“Drive thru around 5:00 ish. Service was quick, no wait. The employee at the window was very cheerful and pleasant. Was starving and just needed a quick bite to hold me over till I got home. Whopper Jr seemed like a good choice.
It was served quickly and I pulled over "in" the lot to scarf it down then be on my way.
Unwrapped the burger and it was barely warm and I do mean barely. There were sufficient condiments but still the meat itself was on the verge of being cold.“

“I went to Hardee’s drive thru in Waterloo, IL on, August 25, 2024 for breakfast. I was immediately greeted by this cheerful, friendly voice over the speaker. She took my order and I pulled around to the drive-up window. I had my card ready to pay and was greeted by this kind person. I told her, you really know how to put a smile on someone’s face, and that person was me! She said her name was Tywanna. I hope Hardee’s corporate reads this and recognizes what a wonderful, caring and kind person they have on their team. They are very fortunate! Thanks Tywanna for the amazing service!!“

“My online order was not correct but once I stopped in and talked with the manager Mr Sean he delivered great customer service, he was patient, apologized and made sure my order was corrected. Because of his humanity I will visit this location again“

“Heading out tonight and decided to finally check it out. The appetizers of breaded cauliflower was absolutely delicious as well as the boneless wings. Our main entrees were also fantastic. The fried chicken and bourbon glazed chicken sandwich was not just tasty, but HOT! I think I also had the BEST fries in a long time. The green beans and potato salad was on point as well. The wait staff was terrific and it was a relaxed non rushed meal. The appetizers were perfectly spaced apart from main course. We will most definitely be going back. Portions were large( brought a lot of food home) and prices were really good. I am so happy to finally see a business in this space taking off and always busy. The atmosphere was inviting, family side and a bar side. I’m excited to know they have a party space. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed.“
