“We stopped in and had two coffees, a homemade lemonade drink that was absolutely amazing, and two delicious pastries. One pastry was mushroom and the other was a Mexican pizza, and both were packed with flavor and so fresh. Everything tasted homemade and thoughtfully made. The atmosphere was welcoming and cozy, making it a great little spot to relax, grab a drink, and enjoy something unique. Whether you’re vegan or not, this place is definitely worth a visit if you’re near Batavia. Highly recommend giving it a try!“

“I had such a great experience here! Jessica was incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful with answering questions and making recommendations. It’s always so refreshing to be greeted by someone who clearly enjoys what they do and cares about customers having a positive experience.

Her prices are a little higher than a grocery store or quick buy bakery, but the quality and taste is so worth every penny. From the moment I scheduled the tasting, Marlene was nothing but kind, understanding, and an absolute pleasure to work with. The wedding cake was small, for cutting and pictures, and we did three different flavors of cupcakes for the guests! Families and friends RAVED about the salted caramel, carrot cake, and strawberry buttercream with vanilla cake and banana filling flavors. They were elegantly decorated and even smelled amazing setting up! The cake was decorated EXACTLY as we had discussed, simple, elegant, and delicious! “Was at the rustic fox today. Purchased the gf chocolate chip cookies. They were delicious. However the owner who was selling them was on the phone the entire time. Had to ask how much the cookies were. He said what kind of gf cookie was it then gave me the price. I purchased the cookies. He couldn’t even say thank you since he was on the phone. I thought that was pretty rude. Poor customer service“

“Service was great. Prices are a little high, but probably not compared to other mall food options. It wasn't busy and I felt like a valued customer. I wasn't familiar with the menu options and the staff was happy to help. I ordered an iced coffee and unfortunately, there wasn't a sugar-free flavor option. So, they reduced the squirts of flavor so it wasn't as tasty as other places I have visited. If I had ordered the cinnamon rolls, my rating probably would have been higher. I have had to reduce my sugar and gluten so the iced coffee was the best I could do. I would love to see Cinnabon venture into a sugar-free gluten-free option. No one else has dominated this space.“
