I went through the drive thru and was concerned about my order being wrong. Checked the order before leaving the parking lot and (I thought) we got the wrong meal. I went inside to let them know. The manager replaced the meal and refunded it, as well as giving me a coupon for next time. I believe his name was Ricardo, he was very polite and apologetic. Excellent food. Fast and courteous service
I had not been to a Jack-in-the-Box in a long time, years and years. Pulled up really didn’t know if it was open or not. There weren’t any cars in the parking lot, but we saw some people walking out of the restaurant. We went through the drive-through and ordered the box with the Philly sandwich and two tacos with curly fries, a drink. Did you get any more pictures?
