“What an outstanding experience! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was perfect for a fun evening out with friends. Our server, Ana Maria Vaduva, was incredible: friendly, attentive, and impressively quick with our orders. Her warm welcome and excellent service truly elevated our visit. “I enjoyed the crispy tacos. We placed our order using the kiosk. One is able to pay with cash. We found that option refreshing.
The place was very tidy, and the people behind behind the counter were very pleasant and very efficient.
They addressed our senior discount before we even thought about asking.
Initiative is the word I will use for the people here. Job well done.“

“We had Shane immediately greet us and let us know he'd be with us shortly. He collected our order and the food was served quickly. I was impressed that during the down time, Shane cleaned all the surfaces and greeted customers and incoming staff. He definitely helps elevate the fast food experience!“

“Food was served quickly, but there seemed to be lack of management happening. Lots of laughing, interruptions, while I was trying to give my order. Had to repeat a few times, and couldn’t understand the order taker. Steak ends were burnt.. got unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea.. and my beef n cheddar sandwich I couldn’t even hold due to meat being all over. I will still eat again, just not 5 stars in my book..“

I have been coming to this location for 15+ years. It seems that recently, some of the employees started to use toxic and nasty Gain scent beads on their clothes (added to the washer). This causes INTENSE EYE AND SHOULDER NERVE PAIN in 12% of the customer base when they breathe this toxic air inside the restaurant. I cannot be inside this place anymore due to intense nerve pain. Please stop using Gain scent beads altogether. Please also stop using Gain detergent as well (severe itchiness)“

“Never tried Blaze before. Was very surprised by the welcoming atmosphere and the friendly staff. Everyone smiling and doing their thing. Carlos explained everything to me and even made a recommendation for crust size. He definitely made my experience a great one and I will definitely be back! Perfect crispy crust and no flop, 10/10“

“So I went to this place today as I was craving a lot for a zinger burger tried their Trio Box and wow… it did not disappoint! 😍🔥 Three juicy chicken sandwiches with soft, fresh buns that held everything perfectly, crispy golden wavy fries (my new obsession 🙌), and the sauces the garlic mayo + chili mayo combo was absolutely amazing , tangy sweet and spicy at the same
