“Did a little shopping at the HIP and stopped by the food court to grab a quick lunch to go. Figured I'd give Charleys a try since it's been a hot minute since I've had a Philly cheese steak sandwich. I ordered one of their original cheese steaks and a regular fries. Waited about 5 minutes for my order. Their service is quick and efficient. Was handed my food and I raced home as fast as my fat little furry hind quarters could carry me. The food was pretty good! I think my only gripe was that the sandwich came with lettuce even though the description of it said there would be no lettuce, and what with the parasites currently circulating fresh leafy greens, I was alarmed and concerned. The fries were excellent. Crispy and very potatoey. Overall, it was a decent experience and I'll be returning to try their other menu options. Cheers!“

“I love this place I’m addicted the Philly cheesesteak here is one of the best around anywhere you could taste the quality.. Everything I’ve tried from their menu I’ve enjoyed The lemonade, the milkshakes, the french fries. The staff is very welcoming it’s extremely clean.. “Went here with my Auntie, Fizi and Nick was very friendly with us, they were guiding us throughout the way and even pointed out what we can do to get a discount. We presented a coupon but we forgot to check the date, it was invalid to use already. But then Fizi helped us with the app and we got the $5 discount (not much but it’s something) Then Nick was friendly and attentive with our food as well. Great staff, good food, good price. “I had heard Monti's was the best place to get a Philly in Chicago, and since I've been craving one lately, I had to give it a try. I can honestly say it's the best Philly I've had in Chicago and the surrounding areas. It definitely did not disappoint.
I ordered mine with extra mayo and white American cheese, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly, the service was great, and the whole experience lived up to the hype. I highly recommend giving Monti's a try if you're looking for an authentic Philly cheesesteak!“

“The food there is delicious, fresh and well worth the money. I had ordered 5 meals from their and the price really was a wonderful surprise. It was a lot cheaper than I thought it was going to be. The staff there was very professional and the wait for my food was very fast and accurate. Great food, wonderful employees. I will definitely be eating there again real soon. My only critique would be that I would have loved more of the tender, delicious meat on the sandwich with a bit more seasoning. “To the one stupid person who left a 1 star review expressing their own stupidity and inability to do their own research. This is a “ghost” restaurant. This means they don’t have their own restaurant instead they partnered with IHOP to make their orders. It’s like 2 restaurants in one. IHOP cooks make their cheesesteaks. It’s all clean and professional. This allows small businesses to test a concept or start a restaurant on a small scale via door dash or Uber eats. You can also pickup the food at IHOP as they make it there.“

“Shockingly well seasoned. I asked for extra sauce and they absolutely delivered. They didn't skimp out on cheese for the cheese fries. The hot buffalo sauce was by far the best. The BBQ is not as good as Wingstop. The ranch is really good. Will definitely alternate between this and Wingstop going forward.“

Cooked perfectly, seasoned perfectly, and somehow made me question every steak I’ve eaten before this one.

I ordered medium rare and they actually understood the assignment. No A1. No steak sauce. No nonsense. Just meat and happiness.

“The customer service left much to be desired. While ordering I almost drove away because the person taking my order was rude. Any question I asked was responded to with attitude and like I was inconvenient for asking.

I’d never been before so I wanted to try a bit of everything. The cheesesteak was delicious. I got the original, knowing that if there was going to be a “best” option, this was it. It didn’t disappoint. It was well cooked, bread wasn’t too soggy, it was cut down the middle for convenience. Perfect amount of cheese, meat, and onions. I also got boneless wings with teriyaki sauce. The wings were a slightly overcooked and hard to bite into and the sauce was way too salty for me (almost like it was too much soy sauce). I got an order of the loaded fries which were messy and delicious.“

“Food is always amazing. The owner Yusuf and the staff always give free appetizers and always hook it up. They always like to experiment with new sides and make sure to give us some to try for free to make us feel comfortable while we are waiting. They are one of the most underrated halal restaurant!!
