“I came through the drive through yesterday(2/23/2026) at 6:30pm with a mobile order. When receiving my order the man went to hand me a baja blast freeze instead of the regular soda. When I made it clear I actually wanted the soda he immediately filled a new one without hesitation.

When I got home and checked the app I saw I was the one in the wrong and put a baja blast freeze. The worker had every right to point out my mistake but didn't, instead opting to do what was best for me. It is customer service that keeps me coming to a location and the level of customer service I experienced that day is more than I ever expect from a fast food restaurant.“

“It’s delicious. Batavia is really lucky to have this place. This is the best Mexican restaurant in the area. I suppose I haven’t been to El taco grande in a long time but El Sazon is for sure legit. Likely better than any place you’ll find in Geneva or Saint Charles.

I got the steak burrito and came out pretty quick. It was delicious with the rice and beans.

I got the Jamaican water as a part of the meal combo and that was also very tasty. Just a hair on the sweet side for me, but it was still very nice and refreshing.

This place is delicious. The cost is close to what you would pay at McDonald’s for a meal and better quality for sure.“

“If someone were to ask me what is Dos Bros like,I would say that it is similar in concept to Chipolte, but better and a little bit cheaper. I live in Nashville where don't have any locations. I am hoping they will open here soon. The locations in Jackson and Shelbyville were clean with pleasant staff and excellent service. Highly recommend. Additionally I recommended Dos Bros to a friend who lives in Shelbyville. She and her son both loved it.“

“Best steal burrito I've had. It was an actual steak, grilled then cut to pieces, not the chopped steak that's been on a grill forever. Perfectly seasoned, almost didn't need any salsa (and that's part of my reason for getting burritos!). Husband loves pastor and is a bit of a connoisseur and said it was phenomenal. The red sauce is a good actual pepper red, not too hot. The green sauce is the best verde sauce I've had. Very authentic on both. The house salsa was very fresh and bright, with some heat to it. Or server was very polite and accommodating. We may have found a new favorite. 5/5.“

I really wish more people would support this establishment. It’s hands down the best hispanic dishes in the area. Not even exaggerating. My fav is their chorizo tacos with grilled onions and cilantro and their carne asada. I don’t even eat refried beans, but I LOVE theirs. I travel 45 mins to dine there. It’s worth it. Support! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it perfect for a large gathering. Despite our big group, the space felt very spacious; it never felt crowded or congested. The entire place was also spotlessly clean, which we truly appreciated. A special shoutout to the customer service, which was top-notch from start to finish. The staff was attentive, friendly, and incredibly accommodating to our event needs. Overall, we highly recommend Asada Grill for both casual dining and large group events.
