“Went after church we were in line the staff was rude the girl at the 2nd window in a blue shirt was on her cellphone saying she could care less if they fired her or not gave us 2 diets not a regular coke went inside because did not get our large fries the guy from Amazon and I was in the frount for ever we both yelled to get service when we got home the sandwiches were throwing together poorly fries were cold way too much salt it was like the whole crew did not want to be there date is december 8th it was after 11 am it tasted like it was old food sitting there not fresh just disappointed was looking forward to it after church“

“Not only is their food amazing and fast. The staff is amazing. We went today (me my husband and youngest son) after my son had a procedure to get tubes in. They where super genuine about how he was doing. The gentleman who works there (I didn’t catch his name) was such a sweetheart. He came up to talk to us and ask about my son. He also gave him a stuffie. Which made my son smile for the first time after his procedure. THANK YOU FOR THAT! The little gesture was greatly appreciated!“

“Never had any issues going here. They are quick and accurate. One time we had three orders (one ticket) through drive through. They were all roast beef + fries. By the time we got to the window it was all ready. Insane speed with the right order. No loss on food quality for that specific order as well. Eating in the lobby also has a quick turnaround.

Would recommend if you are into Arby's food.“

Try the Wreck and Italian sandwiches. My 11 year granddaughter loves the regular Italian with all the regular toppings, but no hot peppers. The big pickle is good. Give it a try.“

“I HAD TO EDIT MY REVIEW. Here is the original: Covid 19 or not, customer service is still required. Everytime i call the hours change and there is no bone-in chicken. The last time I called 12-11-2020 person answered phone, i asked to order, he mumbled hold or no. I waited and the phone eventually hung up. I called back twice and it rang until automated answer pickes up. I guess we will never know if they have good krispy krunchy chicken.FINALLY WAS ABLE TO ORDER AFTER A MONTH OF WAITING. DEFINITELY WORTH THE WAIT! GREAT CHICKEN WITH GREAT FLAVOR. WAFFLE FRIES MAC N CHEESE AND JAMBALAYA ARE BOMB ALSO. AND THOSE BISCUIT ARE AMAZING. “I haven’t visited the University location for a couple years since I had a few bad experiences with the service, quality of food and cleanliness. I have to say that after stopping in recently on 2 separate occasions I was greeted with friendly people, had great tasting fresh food, and very fast service at the drive thru. The fries, steak burgers and chili were very tasty!“

We pulled up in the ambulance at 9:31 PM, just one minute after the dining room had officially closed. Even though they had every reason to turn us away, Amir and the entire team welcomed us inside with a smile and couldn’t have been more accommodating.

After a long shift, that small act of kindness meant a lot. The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and every employee we interacted with was friendly and professional. Amir clearly leads by example and has built a team that genuinely cares about its customers.

“This is one of the cleanest restaurants I've come across since relocating to East Peoria a few months ago. Service has been fast and friendly, and food is well-prepared.

If I had to say one negative, it's the layout of the parking lot - tough to exit when someone is at the drive-through speaker, but it's easy enough to park in the adjacent lot and walk the extra 20 steps. I'll gladly walk a little farther for a clean and well-run restaurant.“

There was plenty of meat & the vegetables looked way better though it is hard to tell with vegetables until you cut into them. That was the problem at the one closest to us very little meat, no bread, or the vegetables were terrible.“
