“Went after church we were in line the staff was rude the girl at the 2nd window in a blue shirt was on her cellphone saying she could care less if they fired her or not gave us 2 diets not a regular coke went inside because did not get our large fries the guy from Amazon and I was in the frount for ever we both yelled to get service when we got home the sandwiches were throwing together poorly fries were cold way too much salt it was like the whole crew did not want to be there date is december 8th it was after 11 am it tasted like it was old food sitting there not fresh just disappointed was looking forward to it after church“

“This was my first time coming here. I had asked another popular taco chain yesterday if they had served regular tacos in the morning for a party my son was having at school. I was told yes, indeed. I got there at popular food chain and was told no, they do not. I came to Taco John's, they were friendly, fast. I will definitely come back! Thank you for being life savers!“

“2nd time I've been to this location. The food was great. Want to mention the service. The cook seemed happy to be there with a great attitude, Blessing every customers day. Love that. Another employee was ready and making sure his coworkers were ready before customers even walked in the door, announcing someone about to walk in at least 1 minute before they actually walked in. Not only was my food fresh and delicious but the employees make this location's atmosphere great too.“

“Andrea and Danny help me with really good service. Got my food out to me quick I was running late. I work at Komatsu right by the Hardee’s here in Peoria and she told me I would be fine on time. They would make sure I had my food on time and then told me about the 20% discount we get for working at Komatsu and eating there so she was very generous she didn’t have to tell me that very professional very happy great service.“

“Not only is their food amazing and fast. The staff is amazing. We went today (me my husband and youngest son) after my son had a procedure to get tubes in. They where super genuine about how he was doing. The gentleman who works there (I didn’t catch his name) was such a sweetheart. He came up to talk to us and ask about my son. He also gave him a stuffie. Which made my son smile for the first time after his procedure. THANK YOU FOR THAT! The little gesture was greatly appreciated!“

“Never had any issues going here. They are quick and accurate. One time we had three orders (one ticket) through drive through. They were all roast beef + fries. By the time we got to the window it was all ready. Insane speed with the right order. No loss on food quality for that specific order as well. Eating in the lobby also has a quick turnaround.

“I HAD TO EDIT MY REVIEW. Here is the original: Covid 19 or not, customer service is still required. Everytime i call the hours change and there is no bone-in chicken. The last time I called 12-11-2020 person answered phone, i asked to order, he mumbled hold or no. I waited and the phone eventually hung up. I called back twice and it rang until automated answer pickes up. I guess we will never know if they have good krispy krunchy chicken.FINALLY WAS ABLE TO ORDER AFTER A MONTH OF WAITING. DEFINITELY WORTH THE WAIT! GREAT CHICKEN WITH GREAT FLAVOR. WAFFLE FRIES MAC N CHEESE AND JAMBALAYA ARE BOMB ALSO. AND THOSE BISCUIT ARE AMAZING. “We have never had a bad experience. Prices are higher for fast food but honestly everywhere is getting more expensive so it's expected. Always had good service here, food is good and fast and accurate. Staff always friendly and helpful. And of course the drinks are always good!!“

“I go to this Potbelly's a couple times a month. Usually take my wife and grandkids. We all love the food. You walk through to order and pick out what toppings you want on top. Try the Wreck and Italian sandwiches. My 11 year granddaughter loves the regular Italian with all the regular toppings, but no hot peppers. The big pickle is good. Give it a try.“

“This is one of the cleanest restaurants I've come across since relocating to East Peoria a few months ago. Service has been fast and friendly, and food is well-prepared.

If I had to say one negative, it's the layout of the parking lot - tough to exit when someone is at the drive-through speaker, but it's easy enough to park in the adjacent lot and walk the extra 20 steps. I'll gladly walk a little farther for a clean and well-run restaurant.“
