“This Pizza place is sneaky good. Easy to miss as its in a strip mall that heads into a subdivision. Both the thin crust and pan slices are great. Crispy crust, flavorful cheese, and when you order toppings, they actually put enough on there! Sauce is slightly acidic but also very good. There lunch special of 2 slices and a drink is a great deal compared to other fast food joints these days. Note that this is a carry out place and there is no indoor seating, that why it got 4/5 stars for atmosphere. There is limited seating outside.“

“Tapas Gitana is one of my favorite restaurants, where I feel at home! The pace is perfect, lingering over the tapas, sipping wine or Sangria, and talking with friends or family! Service is very welcoming and tuned into your pace! The variety of tapas is wonderful, something for everyone, great sharing opportunities!! Go visit and feel at home!!

Kids meals are free with adult purchase & the portions of my son’s teddy bear pancakes were huge! Actually portions of everything is huge. The churro French toast was incredibly delicious and included as a side to my omelette…small upcharge well worth it!! If ever in the area again it will be a must to to revisit!“

“My husband and I haven’t had thai food since our honeymoon in Thailand, and this place hit the spot! The khao soi was absolutely delicious. My husband ordered the Tom Kha (his favorite soup in thailand) and it was the perfect spice level for him. We shared the crab egg omelet and that was also phenomenal. Highly recommended if you want a taste of genuine Thai cuisine.“

“Great food, comfortable atmosphere, wonderful staff and an incredible chef! Have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner many times here and I’ve never had a bad meal! I recently hosted a dinner for a baby shower for my daughter in their side room. Had 14 people with a catered menu of chicken limone, beef tenderloin, gnocchi, salad, roasted potatoes, and grilled vegetables for a very reasonable price. The food was delicious and the service was superb. This is the second dinner like this that I have done here and it was amazing! Thank you Ms. Medina, Jose , Dorita, and Chef Jose!“

“When I arrived at LAX late at night, I was disappointed to find that all the food options were closed. Hungry and unsure of what to get, I stumbled upon a Farmer’s Fridge vending machine and decided to give it a try. I chose the chicken Caesar salad, not expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, the flavors were well-balanced, and it tasted far better than I anticipated. It was a convenient and satisfying option, and I’d definitely grab one again in a pinch!“

“I wanted to give this location props for their lunch on 8/17. Walking in around 1pm, I could tell they had had their butts handed to them and were obviously understaffed. However, in my perspective they were handling the hangry customers very well, were staying calm and the staff that was present seemed to know what they were doing. The only reason for 4 stars is because and (this has happened more than once at this location) rather than suggesting I try my Pesto Cavatappi with pork, they tell me it comes with pork, which is not true. There is an additional charge for any meat on this bowl.“

“What a pleasant surprise. Pretty solid food. With generous portions. All at very reasonable prices considering it's in an airport. 2 of the veggie burritos (one had guac, which was an extra $2.59) came to just under $30. They have a seperate Vegan menu that's clearly labeled, with 3 different options. The veggies were fresh- squash, kale, spinach. “It is so refreshing to meet an owner who is actively present in his restaurant. Mark Salmon enthusiastically and creatively arranged for my friend and I to dine outside (our request), despite the rain. We stayed dry under umbrellas and thanks to Sandra, our amazing waitress, we celebrated my birthday with fine food (impressive menu choices and food presentation) and great company! It was my first time dining at 501 Local and this restaurant met and exceeded my high standards in every way! It is a hidden gem and our new fav restaurant. Highly recommend!!“
