“Quality breakfast diner in Oak Lawn that's been around since I was a kid. I've gone here several times with my grandparents, and now just grandma since it became juts her. They have all the usual breakfast and lunch staples, but at a reasonable house, and you get nice portions. Last time I went I got the special skillet, with a sign of french toast. Easily fills you up, if you can even finish it all. I like how friendly and nice the staff and owners were to my grandma, who comes here quite a bit. They know her by name, and recognize her and treat her well, so that is always great to see. Has its own parking lot. We went prime time noon Sunday, yet still got a booth, though it was crowded. Definitely your go to place if looking for that old school feel in the Oak Lawn area.“
“I’ve been going to Ottimo’s for several years now. Loved the restaurant but The quality and overall experience has been changing. The quality of the food isn’t there so much, the portions have gotten a bit smaller and there are always new servers, that need more training. Not sure if there’s new owners or mgmt but definitely a change. A couple years ago I would’ve given Ottimos a 5/5 but now it’s about half of that as a rating. Last night went for dinner with the family- the bread that was brought to the table was more like croutons because it was over cooked and somewhat hard, it should have never been served. We asked for more bread and the server came back to the table and said not much longer it’s coming out of the oven now. 10mins later he came to the table and asked if we needed anything I mentioned the bread and he said if yeah let me check. The server asst came to refill water and asked if we needed more bread m, I said yes please. Well after all that the bread never came. The O/O on the table tasted stale, or maybe a cheaper brand than normally served. One ordered the walleye special in lemon butter sauce, the sauce was a dark color tasted a bit burnt, very expensive for the size of the piece that was served and served with nothing else. Usually served with risotto- can suggest a side of pasta or even a side salad. Was not worth it. We ordered bruschetta- was bland, and again whom ever was cooking the bread toasted this bread to a crostini. Was very excited when Ottimos opened, loved that it was very close to traditional Italian food, and local (without having to drive to the City to Little Italy)! But sadly I do not feel the same so much lately. Bring back the way you use to be when first opened! Would love to visit that again!“
“Our server, Tacho, is the best! He will give you a five star restaurant experience in the south suburbs of Chicago! And… our busser, Juan, is the hardest worker and kindest person! “We had a great time here. The cocktail menu was different and has Indian touch to various standard American fare.Portions were good sized and spice levels are mild. We had to specify “spicy” to get spice level to a “normal” level.They have decent vegetarian choices. But I wish they had some creative choices for veg entrees too“
“My server demi was very attentive and got everything right in my very detail difficult order I always have crazy requests and she meet every need of mine. She was quick with getting us drinks and made us feel like we were the only ones in the in the restaurant even tho it was very busy and packed. She definitely deserves all the stars and the food is excellent there I got the biscuits and gravy and ciabatta sunrise sandwich they were both so good and full of flavor! “I stopped by BlackBerry market on yesterday and the atmosphere was busy but flowed smoothly. The smell of coffee was invigorating and I got the drip coffee , a chocolate chip cookie, iced peppermint coffee and a raspberry lemon muffin!! Service was smooth and effective, the breakfast items were yummy and fresh!! The coffee of the coffee!! Strong yet tranquil!! Fresh drip is self serve!! Loved that! The iced peppermint coffee was just what I needed !! Let me say this.. after breakfast and coffee.. I came home cooked a full dinner and washed clothing and was done before 1pm! lol energy!!!! “Nothing Bundt Cake Orland Park was wonderful for my wedding two weeks ago and Joanne helped every step of the way! :) Not only did she ease my mind and made the process seamless, but she facilitated the set up at our venue which eased a lot of stress of myself and family. And for the price, we received more then enough bundtini's for our reception! I would 10/10 recommend for weddings, and even for just grabbing a bundt cake :)“
“Some of the best Thai food I have had in awhile. When I am sick, I want some spicy Thai herbs to knock out a virus and this restaurant delivered. Got Covid and all I craved was Thai food. It was soothing, comforting and made me feel better. Staff were so pleasant to work with on the phone and very accommodating. Driver respected my no contact delivery request. The Tom Khar soup was phenomenal - creamy, delicious and all the right spices. Green curry was soothing and smooth. Food was clean and fresh. It was so good I ordered from here 3 times in 1 week while I was sick because that is all I wanted. My sister is now hooked on this place because when she got sick I ordered her what I had and it made her feel better as well. Nothing like fresh comfort food that does not weigh heavy on you to make you feel better. Would recommend giving this restaurant a try.“

“I've been here for breakfast before and thoroughly enjoyed it. This was the first time I've eaten dinner at Peasino's. It was amazing! Everything we ordered was from the appetizer menu (3 spreads with bread, fish tacos, a delicious fig and prosciutto flatbread, and an order of street corn). We loved it all. “Food was great, had an egg and cheese crossaint, some spinach, avocado, mushroom, and cheese crepes, the house veggie burger, and crispy eggplant with polenta and goat cheese. The crepe came with only the cheese on the inside and other ingredients on top, and was more of a crispy rather than soft or spongy texture, so somewhat different than I had pictured but they were good. I'd order all of it again! Service was good and attentive. Food was a little slow to come out at times given that the place was pretty empty, but I wasn't in a hurry and was taking my own time, so I didn't mind that. Will definitely return!“
“It is not a bad place to deliver a load. Arrived at 6 a.m.. Appointment However, it is a truck friendly place. If you are delivering a load, you will most likely have to back in on dock # 7, which is the end of the building. It is not too bad. If you have trucks in others docks, it is tight and could be a nightmare. Most people use blind-backing. You can also use driver side backing, but you have to maneuver quite a bit. Take your times. You will be alright so you can test your backing skills.“

“Ordered delivery to the hotel we were staying and planned on heading down to the lobby to wait for the driver to arrive close to the delivery time. Service was super speedy and our driver called to let us know he was on his way up. The pizza was great! We ordered the beer crust because it was an option we hadn't had before. It was thin crust, but not like a limp cracker crust. It had good char on the bottom without tasting burnt, and was crisp, which was good because there was a good amount of cheese and toppings. The sauce was flavorful and thick, with a brick red color on the outer pieces that had slightly caramelized from the heat of the oven.“
“Ino's is amazing! They offer a wide varity of Mexican food and everything I have tried is delicious. Having a dedicated Gluten Free facility is also wonderful for someone with Celiac disease. We have also ordered catering from Ino's and they we delightful to work with and provided very generous portions.“

“I decided to give my pizzeria chain in Blue Island a break and branch out to see what else in my area a try. I pasted up Rosati's several times and thought to give them a try. All I have to say is, WOW! The pizza was so good, I raved about it the whole weekend. I definitely will continue to order pizza at my new pizzeria!“
