“I usually order the chicken pomodori and the tomato soup when I visit the restaurant. They're both really good. Today I didn't want to get out of bed so I ordered through Grubhub. The driver drove in a direction that passed my house and parked there for a while. I called him and he didn't answer. I text him and told him to answer his phone. He did and told me he was fixing his tire. What!? I don't know what exactly this man was doing with my food in his car. When I got my food, I noticed it was not secured, no sticker or staple. BEWARE!!!! Corner Bakery Cafe do not secure your food. That driver had access to my paninis and soups. I was afraid to eat the food especially after he abruptly ended our conversation. The way the world is today, shame on Corner Bakery Cafe for allowing strangers access to my meals. He could have spit in it, put his tongue and who knows what else in it. I worked it out with Grubhub and went to the restaurant to inquire about basically giving strangers open food to give to their paying customers. The manager, Kendra listened, was open and very receptive. I was giving three stars but because of her I'm giving four.“
