“Not sure why the lower ratings. I have never had any issues with this place and have been going here for at least 10 years. The smoothies are great, everything's fresh and flavorful.

Kung Pao, bourbon/orange chicken, beef fried rice and whatever else I'm currently forgetting.

You can tell everything's fresh made because there are variations to the ingredients, but ultimately it's all the same.“

“My family and I traveled to Chicago twice this year and dined at the Asian Cuisine Express both times. The owner, cooks and wait staff were all extremely friendly and made each of our visits a wonderful experience. We ordered Chinese and Japanese food and we also sampled some of their new delicious tacos... everything we tried was absolutely fantastic. We live 300 miles away so we ordered a lot of takeout to bring home with us to share with our friends who didn't get to make the trips. Asian Cuisine express will be a regular stop now for us every time we go to Chicago... we highly recommend everyone tries this restaurant and we can't wait until we visit there again. “I haven't eaten here since the relocation from Calunet City. I went last night and the food tasted just the same. It was flavorful and melted in my mouth. The staff was friendly. my waitress was knowledgeable, and engaging. This was the best birthday dinner I've had in awhile. I will be back soon.“

“This place reminds me of the old Chinatown before COVID and the reason I used to go to Chinatown. It's, affordable with good portions, it has that older Chinese restaurant feel to it, yet clean, and the service is good with a fast waitress who has a good memory and doesn't need a notepad. Service is fast and the food is fresh and hot served with tea. Free parking close by. Highly recommend you check it out and if you like your food a bit spicy, ask for it and it will make a huge difference.“

“Bamboo garden is a hidden gem inside of a first I almost passed it by well, I'm glad I didn't. This place has been a local gem ever since Number One Chop Suey in Oak Forest closed this is. My new go-to for Chinese food. I had the chicken walnut dinner spicy and my friend had beef. Broccoli, both dishes were very good. The restaurant itself was clean. However, they did seem a bit unexpectedly short-staffed for our visit. I would go back. I would recommend it to local friends.“
