The light sauce has ginger, carrots and broccoli and is consistently amazing! Best when dining in but take out good too. Take noodles on the side for takeout and mix it up at home. “I know this place is now closed, but if the owners are seeing these reviews. I hope you're doing ok. This little spot was my favorite go to especially when I dropped off rent to my landlord. I came to you on a whim and I truly fell in love with this restaurant.
I was going to order to drop off the last rent for my old Lakeview place and I'm sad to see I can't do that. I hope there's another cute spot that opens up there. It's a great spot and you can barely hear the train from inside.

“I had this restaurant in my list to try for a very long time and was finally able to try with some friends. This restaurant is tucked in the food court of Park To Shop (formerly Assi plaza). I ordered the basil chicken with rice and it's delicious-definetly in my top places to have this dish! The ground chicken was flavorful and I got the spice level in mild (next time I will try it more spicy). I do wish the portion size was larger but enough to keep you content. The price is fair for the dish! The food came quickly and the staff gives you a device that alerts you to pick up your food. Overall the environment needs a little more maintenance and up keep. The server brought the khao soi without ceremony: a deep bowl of golden curry broth, rich and unctuous, coconut milk tempered by the slow fire of turmeric and red paste, noodles coiled beneath like the roots of some ancient banyan. Tender chicken sank into the liquid heat and gave itself up willingly; crispy egg noodles rose above the surface in defiant golden tufts, half submerged, half defiant, catching the broth in their strands so that every bite was at once soft surrender and sharp crunch. The Thai iced tea came alongside, poured over ice in a tall glass, orange-gold and sweetened just enough to cut the spice without cloying, condensed milk swirling lazy clouds through the amber like cream in old whiskey. I ordered the Red Curry Chicken for takeout and it was outstanding. The curry had a rich, creamy coconut base with just the right kick of heat, and the chicken was tender and perfectly cooked. The vegetables were fresh and still had a nice crunch, and the portion size was generous enough for leftovers. Even after the drive home, the food stayed hot and flavorful. I’ll definitely be ordering this again! and most of it it’s Halal. Will def be back. Tysm!“
