“On Sundays, I love eating there after the church service when enjoyed eating different salads, pizzas and pastas..... especially drinking one of canned beers. I'm totally satisfied with one of Billy Bricks locations. Today, I had Baked Mostaccioli pasta and a can of Chicago Common beer.“

“The waitress and manager were polite and accommodating. The food was great (especially the spinach topping on our pizza), and the manager noticed our pizza was slightly overcooked, offered us another one on our way out. I will definitely come again and finally try the deep dish!“

The staff was amazing.. what i did not like was that in the menu it stated that party of 5 or more gratuity is included 20% we were a party of 4 and they automatically included it the tip was $60 and some change although everything was great it was not a $60 tip the bus runners came to our table more than the waiter did. That's illegal... We still paid because I was just in a good mood and the food was great but it shouldn't be allowed and if that's something the restaurant is allowing and making them do than that's crazy and one day someone will make a real complaint“

“This buona is the best one out of all of them. Service is always a 10 and atmosphere is always a 10. Mark is so kind , and I have only had positive experiences. The last time I was in there I had ordered a salad completely forgetting to bring the cutlery with me to my table. Mark kindly came to ask me if everything was okay, and before i could mention it, he had already beat me to bringing me the cutlery for my meal. Its truly the small things. Not to mention his attitude in drive thru is always so positive. Makes my day that much brighter. Thanks to staff like him i keep coming back. Thank you so much Mark!“
