“When I came for a cup of cold foam for my pups last meal, I was nervous to make such a strange request and a bit overwhelmed in general. I could barely get the request out without crying but the cashier was so kind. She made me a big batch in an oatmeal bowl which was the perfect for for my girls snout. She was not eating well in the end but loved cold foam and it made her so happy. I was too sad to thank the barista as much as I should have but I will never forget that bit of kindness on such a difficult day.“
