“Brewpoint is a gem in the Western suburbs of Chicago. I am entirely blessed to live blocks from their craft location on York. Exposed brick, chandeliers, and a plant wall surrounds you - a grateful reprieve from cookie cutter Starbucks decor. Coffee, matcha, and baked goods are top notch (haven't tried cocktails or charcuterie yet). A wonderful mix of professionals, college students, community organizers, and socially conscious suburban moms escaping the kids (I'm sure I'm missing wonderful others). Sometimes I'm not sure how I manage to keep living in the suburbs when the city is still home for me after 10 years in Elmhurst, but Brewpoint certainly makes it easier.“

“Food and drinks are always delicious; Steve recognized me on my fifth visit, introduced himself and provided some complimentary shots to me and my partner. We have ordered Corn Paloma’s, Mole Pisco Sour and Aphrodite multiple times and always hits the spot. For constructive improvement, it can be slow to order as there’s only one person taking orders. Maybe one order only kiosk or one more person could make it more efficient as folks are waiting in line for 10 minutes. I also appreciate the family atmosphere, but there will be times screaming children are right in the middle of where patrons are dining and relaxing. I would recommend a specified area for the kids a bit further away from the main patrons but I understand the constraints of the space (might make more sense to have the kids play area near the food truck). I look forward to continued sunny days and nice drinks at Tribute!“

“Petite Vie was a total "find"! While looking on OpenTable for a dinner spot on Friday, I stumbled across a French restaurant that I didn't know existed. I mentioned it to a few friends and that Sunday we went to Western Springs to check it out. The place is bright, cheery and inviting. We sat at the bar and were waited on by Patrick; bartender, manager, entertainer! The cocktails were creative and awesome, the food (especially the Pork Chasseur) was outstanding and the entire staff was welcoming and helpful. I feel like French food is slowly disappearing from our area, and to find this wonderful place was really fortunate. Please do yourself a favor, book a table and enjoy Petite Vie!“

“Went there for the 1st time last Saturday. The service and the food were both excellent. Amber was on top of everything and was very knowledgable about the menu items. Husband had a ‘skillet’ breakfast and I had the granola/berry French toast. We left very little food and we didn’t need much to eat afterwards. The food was filling and kept us going until late afternoon. I recommend this restaurant and will be back! Highland Village Texas location“

“After driving past Elijah's in the mornings for the last few months I finally decided to stop in and give it a try (you should always try to support local). I ordered a large Black Coffee with a shot of espresso, I even mentioned to the guy making my coffee that it was my first time here and he was polite and said Welcome. (When was the last time you heard someone say welcome?) The girl behind the counter asked if I wanted anything else and I asked If they made there Scones fresh and she said yes we bake daily. I bought a variety to bring to the gig for the crew this morning. My Coffee was made exactly the way I make it at home and the Scones were still warm and made me feel like I was on Arthur Avenue at Morrone's pastry in the Bronx waiting in line for them to come out of the oven fresh. I must give Elijah's Coffee 5 stars today and recommend it to everybody and I will now be a customer. Coffee was hot and served in a pitcher at the table. Very cheery place with good vibes. Comfortable. Everyone was pleasant and greeted me.

“A very unassuming place, that serves the best food at probably the cheapest prices anywhere. The owner and his adorable wife, are both from Albania. She speaks Albanian & Greek and excellent English. The husband stays back in the kitchen creating the excellent food and the wife serves patrons out front. If you're not on a particular diet, and just want some good old-fashioned wholesome diner-type food, this is place.“

Well today my best friend and I ate there and were extremely pleased with the attentive service and excellent food. “My wife, myself, and 2 young kids have been visiting Level Up Cafe & Lounge since they opened. The owners Shawn and Victoria do a great job. The staff is very friendly, they have delicious refreshing protein shakes, smoothies, food, and adult beverages. We absolutely love the atmosphere and free arcade with purchase. There are always young children there whom our kids are always playing with. It’s a great social, playful, and friendly place to be. We highly recommend Cafe Level Up & Lounge for a fun night out!!“

“This hotel is perfectly located roughly equidistant between O’Hare and Wrigley. Depending on the time and day, you can get a very reasonably-priced Uber ride to either location. It is also within walking distance of several great restaurants. Le Meridian is clean and modern, and in a very safe area. Our room on the second floor was also very clean and modern. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The only downsides: no free coffee in the morning, a bit noisy at night, and the mattress is so comfortable, it makes me realize how uncomfortable my mattress is at home!“
